Burman have been incredible to work with from start to finish. This team really knows their market and appreciates how to work with specialists; not all roles are the same, and not all candidates are the same.

Luke at Burman informed me of a suitable role having discussed my skillset and preferences at an earlier time, and it was clear that he knew it was a match and knew I was the right candidate for his client.

Having worked with other recruitment agencies in the past I feel that Burman have found the right balance in how they operate; extremely professional but friendly and approachable without ever being made to feel rushed or pushed or considered for roles that aren’t appropriate.

Luke was able to answer all my questions about the role, was able to prepare me and put my mind at ease for interview, was able to provide detailed feedback and relay all communication to the recruiting client. Burman have grown in both size and credibility over the last few years. Only this year have I taken a freelance role with them.
