Very efficient handling of the calls

Very efficient handling of the calls, one to deal with access to a pre-existing Bupa account, the other with a new claim for which they have organised an ALP the same day. All follow up emails and confirmations received without delay. Also very professional yet friendly on the calls.

What a seamless and easy process

What a seamless and easy process. Every department I spoke to was helpful and made sure I knew what any next steps were. All the facilities I visited were so well kept with knowledgeable and friendly staff I am so happy.

Thanks again, what could have been a very difficult journey to navigate was easy and with zero stress.

The ability to speak to an agent…

The ability to speak to an agent without delay to discuss options for selecting a local specialist was reassuring.
The cover in the care bundle was clearly explained with the knowledge I could contact again if any queries.
I was seen by a specialist within an acceptable time and treatment received appropriately.
The entire process was seamless and good communication throughout.

BUPA has been very good

Apart from one hiccough where BUPA initially refused to cover a test (but which was eventually resolved in my favour), BUPA has been excellent. Staff seem very well-trained and helpful (and they all seem so nice!) and getting authorisations approve and bills paid is very easy. I am really impressed as I tend to view insurers with suspicion on account of them usually trying to wriggle out of covering claims.
