Very efficient handling of the calls, one to deal with access to a pre-existing Bupa account, the other with a new claim for which they have organised an ALP the same day. All follow up emails and confirmations received without delay. Also very professional yet friendly on the calls.

Apart from one hiccough where BUPA initially refused to cover a test (but which was eventually resolved in my favour), BUPA has been excellent. Staff seem very well-trained and helpful (and they all seem so nice!) and getting authorisations approve and bills paid is very easy. I am really impressed as I tend to view insurers with suspicion on account of them usually trying to wriggle out of covering claims.
