To be honest, well regarding the dandelion roots nibbles, it used to be great to have them separately sold, like you used to do at the beginning. Despite being nibbles, they are still very nobbly and very hard to chew. I still have to break them up as my bunnies have had tooth problems. When you say nibbles, it should be very tiny pieces for them eat and chew. Also, l find a lot of dust and in their leaves which l have no clue how you'll break them down. Half of all the leaves, like dandelion leaves, there are some nice leaves and a lot of crumbs like dust, which is very harmful for bunnies respiratory. When we want just leaves, it shouldn't be powdered down. Otherwise, your products are quite good quality.

I never write these reviews, buy I was absolutely suited with the items we ordered for our bunny so thought it deserved some recognition 💕 everything came soo fast and the Easter box was beautifully wrapped. I will definitely be ordering again, likely on a regular basis 🐇🥰

The forage box for Easter was, as per previous ones, filled to the brim with goodies for the bunnies. It was beautifully packaged and had a handy guide to identify the contents of each bag. Such great value too!

Good quality forage delivered promptly

So pleased I found Bunny Bistro, the website is easy to use, quick delivery and my rabbits love the herb and flower mix, they get so excited when I get the box out and the 1kg bags make it affordable.

So easy to order, first class products, I always know that our bunnies are going to be very happy with the quality of the dried dandelion leaves and the plantain. Even better, delivery is speedy.

Fast delivery. Well packaged. My bunnies loved dandelion and burdock root.

Great products - dandelion roots, Hippy Herbal Haze x3 types. Arrived very quickly. Bunny loves them.
My only issue, and the reason they got 4 stars not 5, was the amount of bubble wrap included in the package (way too much).
However, I messaged Bunny Bistro with my concerns and they replied the next day stating they had previously had issues with the Hippy Haze containers breaking in transit, hence the extra packaging. They said that they are currently reviewing their packaging so hope to be more eco friendly soon.

I placed an order for my 2 bunnies I ordered 4x pack of Blossom Bars but was only delivered 1x pack of Blossom Bars contacted them 3 times over it was completely ignored 😡

I received the items that was missing and a couple of things extra for my rabbits as you can see Bunny Bistro have responded here I've checked emails nothing possibly went in spam folder bit of a mess mistakes happen but rectified mistakes are where your reputation starts and ends I except the mistake I except the apology and we are all squared up I'll move on the products and business is very good this situation is unfortunate

My guinea pigs where very happy with their snacks. They came well packed and was delivered very fast. I will order again.

Bags came in an oversized box with no packaging to pad them out, usually a large amount of dust in the bottom of the bags. I understand this is unavoidable due to teh nature of the product, but being battered around in a box that's twice the size it needs to be is not going to help.

Fantastic products and speedy delivery. My rabbit loves it all!
