Great products, could be packaged better
Bags came in an oversized box with no packaging to pad them out, usually a large amount of dust in the bottom of the bags. I understand this is unavoidable due to teh nature of the product, but being battered around in a box that's twice the size it needs to be is not going to help.

Deluxe rabbit box

I've given Bunny Bistro 5☆ because when Initially I had a complaint about an Item. They reached out & without further a do put everything right ,In a kind and compassionate way. Which is exactly what you need when you're caring for a little rescued Bun..We got the Binkys & the Zoomies so that's great signs of approval.
