How can they possibly say "low-KYC" or "no-KYC" when it's the slowest, most inconsistent KYC experience I've ever had in Canada!

First - their system actually PULLS YOUR CREDIT REPORT to verify your address. No kidding. Look on your credit file. There's the inquiry. Care about your score much?

Second - you're informed you cannot deposit funds, not through e-transfer, not even through Canada post, until their very slow "KYC" process is complete. Uh-huh. So you try to "comply" with their requests to upload your ID, and all they do is send you more requests for the same ID you already uploaded.

A WEEK LATER -- still no "KYC" approval, still more requests for ID. Rude "customer service" sends a stern message reprimanding you telling you "YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO USE THE SERVICES IN ANY WAY" until completing multiple!! requests for ID!!

You have got to be kidding me.

UPDATE: Bullbitcoin sent the following message through their customer service portal responding to inquiries about their inconsistent, heavy-handed KYC and no approval after a week: "we are not even remotely desperate for new clients."

Yes, it's that bad. AVOID!!!

I found out about BB a few months ago! I was googling L-BTC to learn about - ended up with BlockStreamer which they mentioned about BullBitcoin as a trusty exchange.

I registered but no KYC. I used Canada Post and deposited some $$. It was about 7:00 pm - by the time I got back home about 10 minutes walk, saw BB's email that my money was available for trade!

I thought it was an error because I heard it takes like up to 24 hours. I logged in my account and YES, money was there.

Since then, I have funded my account a lot (a lot a lot!) with e-transfer (I'm KYC'd now!) and Canada Post.

I recently heard about BullBitcoin! But, they have been around for a few years now!

Since my first experience with them about a few months ago - until now, nothing to complain!

I love to complain about anything and everything - including Apple, Google, Microsoft - you got the point!

Anytime, I had some questions, got my answer like in less than an hour - sometimes minutes.

Some of the coolest guys run this place. Very professional and they make me feel like I am someone important!

In fact, I believe they treat everyone the same. I referred couple of friends and neighbours - they all had nothing to say but thanking me.

They are not well-known, sadly. Too much noise and false advertising by many Canadian exchanges is the problem which took me so long to discover these guys.

Most important, they are one the few exchanges supporting Lightning transactions which saves you some $$ and the only exchange with Liquid BTC support!

And, this is how I got to know them - I was browsing blockstream (very popular Canadian BTC company) to get some info about L-BTC which BullBitcoin's name was listed.

Anyway, these guys rock. Don't bother with some negative reviews which probably posted by some competitors.

Try them once and see for yourself.

They don't hold on to your $$ or BTC and run away like some other Canadian exchange/s.

Another cool thing is their gift cards. Swap with your BTC at the lowest fees and save tons of $$ on Amazon, Apple store, etc.

It works well you get your money within an hour and it is easy you just send whichever crypto to the address and then you can cash out with any currency to your bank account. And I'm using it in Canada and not everything works here. I highly recommend it.
