I will never recommend Bull bitcoin to anyone due to there discrimination. after going through the usual onboarding process and being fully verified, my account was blocked for NO REASON and i decided to speak to the support who was unable to tell me why my account is closed.

I also don't think these brokers are looking for new customers, or they discriminate Canadian users. Anyway the the experience left me very frustrated and i will continue to share my experience on there. Just don't get it and i seriously hope someone from bull bitcoin support team can reach out to me to help.

I have so much respect for Francis, his incredible team, and this company. True hardcore Bitcoiners, mission focused, and they truly put customers first. SO MUCH BETTER than buying from a crypto casino. The best Bitcoin team and exchange in Canada, hands down.

Bull bitcoin continues to be the best Canadian bitcoin company I know. The new bull bitcoin mobile app is amazing and makes it so much easier to stack satoshis conveniently with their auto buy feature on liquid and atomic swap feature built-in and being able to send to cold storage automagically. Their dedication to on-boarding as many people into the Bitcoin ecosystem and maintaining the bitcoiner ethos at the same time is unmatched in the world imo, not just Canada. The work they do is pretty admirable; I highly recommend using Bull.

After going through the usual lengthy onboarding process and being fully verified. They closed my account because the email I used to open the account is not the email associated with my bank and the eTransfer I sent to fund. I explained that I have many email accounts and jumped through the hoops to prove who I was but they ended it all after the one night stand. Too bad I had heard good things. I really don't think these brokers are looking for new customers, or maybe they are just SO heavily regulated by our overbearing, over-protective governments that they are afraid of breaking some restrictive rule. Anyway the the experience left me very frustrated.

Ok more details. Another detail that may be relative. I tried to get my friend signed up, everything was going great but as soon as they found out he was 78 years old they denied him an account. That seems to be normal nowadays because MyBTC and Bitcoin Well did the same thing. Honestly ageism in play. Who do they think have all the disposable income, old guys. Just don't get it.

After Discussing the situation with Bull Bitcoin I can say that they have worked to understand the situation better and have corrected my account. For that I give them kudos. I have since used them a couple of times successfully and as I would expect to buy myself some BTC. The whole industry here in Canada anyway seems to be a minefield of regulation that will frustrate at times, but keep at it, if you're not actually a scammer Bull BTC could be for you.

Support staff thru chat line were very helpful. Patient with my very little knowledge on how to use Bull Bitcoin. Made the process much less stressful
