This company is a SCAM
We ordered a light fixture and here are just *some* of the problems we had:
1) it took months to come
2) it is COMPLETELY un-installable
3) it did not come with a parts list or instructions
4) the parts it did come with (very few) violated US building codes and could not be installed
5) when we asked for a refund because it is not possible to install this light to code or safely, the company did not respond

I too ordered a product that they told…
I too ordered a product that they told me was a Chinese holiday. It was gonna be two or three more weeks before they would be back in to get my item shipped. Then they shipped it to the wrong ZIP Code and said it was being sent back I sent several emails giving them my correct ZIP Code and now I just received an email saying it’s been shipped again to a whole Nother ZIP Code that is also incorrect. I will not buy from this company again and if they don’t get back to me with my product shipped to me ASAP I will be contacting my credit card to have this charged reversed and I will definitely get the word out to everyone I know not to buy from this company. If I know it was from China I would never have ordered.

I had a terrible experience with a company's website while ordering a light fixture. Despite placing the order, I received a message a few days later stating that the factory would be closed for almost a month due to the Chinese New Year and that orders would only be shipped 45-60 days after the factory reopens. This is unacceptable. The company should have informed its customers about this in advance, as it is a holiday that occurs every year. After reading reviews from other customers, I'm relieved that we didn't receive the light fixture due to the issues that people have reported.
On April 11th, someone from Bulbsquare replied to my review. However, I could not respond to their message, which is unacceptable. To ensure their response was visible to others, I edited my review and included their reply.
Despite my attempts to discuss the matter further and explore possible solutions, Bulbsquare failed to resolve the issue, which is disappointing. Based on the other negative reviews on Trustpilot, Bulbsquare has copied and pasted a generic response to show they attempted to address the issues.
In light of this, I strongly advise against using any of Bulbsquare's products or services. Despite their attempts to offer me discounts, they have failed to solve the problem or make things right.

This is a horrible company. It takes >1 month to get items. I have also been trying for over a week to have someone respond to me about returning an item. The items look cheap (made in china and shipped from China) and not well made.

I ordered a desk lamp in November 23 and have sent many emails to find out when it will arrive. Like many other customers, this company make the excuse of shipping delays..
DO NOT USE THIS SITE. They take your money but do not deliver.

This company is great to work with! We had several lights that we wanted to look at and they helped us pick the right color and temperature of the light! We had one of the lights stop working a few weeks after we installed and they promptly replaced it, hasslefree!

I ordered my lights on October 24. By November 20 all they could tell me was that the lights were "in the Shanghai port" and that there was no way to stop the order or get a refund. To date, I have no idea if or when I will ever see these lights. VERY SORRY I ever did business with this outfit.

PLEASE READ! My husband is an electrician...we installed a ceiling light purchased from this site and within an hour of it being on, it started smoking, and caught on fire. The transformer was black. Thank goodness we were home. Customer service is horrible which I expected after the fact, don't waste your time buying from Bulb Square. Such a headache.

Never order anything from this company
I would give this company zero stars if I could. I waited 6 weeks for a ceiling light to arrive. When it showed up this $250 light was missing pieces, falling apart, with no instructions, and was clearly cheaply made. I had a certified electrician confirm the thing is a cheap piece of crap and wouldn't work. Throughout this the company was unresponsive and when I told them I wanted to file a claim for a return they responded with the polite version of "sod off."

Affordable Products with Acceptable Quality | Incredible Customer Service
4.5/5! I ordered the Contemporary Creative 3D Printed Moon Ceramic Base USB Table Lamp For Bedroom (Ceramic Base + Little Prince Ornament). For how affordable it is, the item quality is quite good and does the job in style. I would prefer the shadow of the lamp base (where it connects to the 3D printed moon) to not be visible, especially when the lamp is at full brightness; but that's me nitpicking. The item was shipped from China, so do expect a longer shipping time. (I liked that they were very communicative on the status of the shipment!) I took off a ½ point symbolically because the shadow, and because the Little Prince ornament did arrive broken. Their customer service representative (shout out to Lily) was incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive, though! They quickly replaced the ornament for me and it arrived at my door in about two weeks.

Garbage quality at luxury prices
Despite some reservations, I ordered a $400 ceiling LED light from them because it appeared to be exactly what I was looking for. It took over a month to arrive in Canada. On arrival, it looked quite cheap immediately and the form factor was not as in the pictures (not flush mount). I soon realized that it did NOT have any safety stickers from Canada or USA, so not usable here. It did not have the switch promised for changing colour temperature, nor does it work with either of two dimmers I tried, even though the site said it was "infinitely dimmable." To add insult to injury, the instructions are 100% in Chinese with no translation.
It is clear that this is a drop shipping site that ships unlicensed, low quality items directly from China, and the descriptions are blatantly deceiving. The light I got is worth about 10% of the price I paid. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Excellent customer service
When we received our order it didn’t provide enough light for the intended spot and I got in touch to get instructions to return it. They offered to send a brighter fixture at no cost which arrived a couple of weeks later. We needed some guidance as to how to install the new shade and they went to the trouble of recording a video to demonstrate for us. They were very responsive and polite in all our communication.
The new fixture is great and I am grateful for the personalized attention they gave us through the whole process. It’s rare to have this level of customer service.

Don’t do it!
Oh how I wish I’d read reviews of this company before ordering! They’re a scam. It took almost two months for my order to arrive, which is when I knew I’d made a mistake. When I got my light fixtures, they looked laughably cheap. One light was cracked.
They’re straight out ignoring my return/refund request, saying they’ll send me a replacement, which I’ve told them three times I don’t want. I finally disputed the whole charge with my credit card company and am waiting on their decision.
