Their product doesn't work. Hidden orders monthlyly.
Their product doesn't work! But more importantly, when you order it, there is a hidden clause that requires you to subscribe monthly. A month later, when $22+ is debited from your account, they say, "You ordered monthly supplies sent automatically. They would not issue a refund until 3+ weeks when the order arrived. Plus, they wanted me to pay to ship it back. I just wrote "return to sender." I'll never deal with them again!

I love BugMD
I love BugMD. I bought the BugMD vamoose. I live near a pond and a large amount of woods, and have so much wild life around. I just wanted my yard and home free from rats and mice. It works great, I have not seen any at all.
It's a great price. It will be my go to product.

I bought the BugMD pantry moth traps, I have parrot’s and I love that they are safe to be in the bird room. They are natural ingredients and will not harm children or the birds. Easy to set up and no harsh chemicals or smells!

I have been using BugMD for over a year now, I like the fact you can get a Ant killer & Bug Spray Starter kit on Amazon. It also come with Roach & Cockroach, Spider Spray. All are made with essential oils so they are safe to use around children and pets.

Great sticky pads
We got the sticky pads to help catch some of the random critters we come across in the basement. Easy to assemble and sticky enough to get bugs of all size. Great size so they are not in the way.

No more mice!
I was excited to see the Vamoose rodent repellent on Amazon. We have used other BugMD products in the past, and we are always pleased with the value. We live in the country, across the road from a hundred acre farm, and every fall we get an influx of field mice. The Vamoose product smalls nice, and does the job of keeping mice away very well. It is easy to use, and a good value for the money. We placed them everywhere where we have seen mice, mainly in the kitchen and laundry room. No more mice!

It works sort of. Problem is when you buy they somehow get you signed up for monthly delivery. I found this out when PayPal emailed me a notice of the purchase. I call Bug the next day to tell them I did not want to be on auto delivery and did not want the package they were about to send me. So two days later the package shipped. I called to return and found that there would be an over $9 restock fee and I had to pay for return. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. They get you to buy once then send you more and you lose about 50% of the cost. SCAM, do not buy on-line!

Flea no more for Thor
I’ve been using the Flea + Tick Concentrate on my dog, Thor, and it honestly impressed me from the very first spray. The plant-based formula is a huge win in our house, and it still packs enough power to clear out fleas and ticks fast. I love that I can use it around my home—furniture included—without worrying about harsh chemicals. Thor’s coat looks great, and he hasn’t had any irritation at all. It’s super easy to mix with water and use, and the peace of mind it gives me is worth every penny. Definitely a product I’ll keep stocked year-round.

Puppy pee
We got new puppies who were living having accidents on my rug. I googled how to keep this from happening and it said when they potty I need to clean it with an enzyme cleaner. I got the odor eliminator and enzyme cleaner and it worked! We haven’t had accidents on the rug in days.

The clove and cottonseed oil formula smells natural (no harsh chemical odor!) and works great both indoors and outdoors. Mixing the concentrate with water in the reusable “Forever” spray bottle was super easy, and one bottle makes a ton of product. It’s definitely worth the price.

For the 5 bottles returned, that totals $78.15.
We then deducted 30% ($23.44) as per our policy, which leaves a refundable amount of $54.71.

Regarding our Flea & Tick product, please rest assured that we take product safety very seriously. The formula is carefully developed with very low concentrations of active ingredients — clove oil (0.05%) and cottonseed oil (0.05%) — both of which are generally safe for pets when used as directed.
REVISED We do not under any circumstance charge 30% as a restocking fee. What happened is you received the first refund of 30% to keep the order, then when you decided to return it in full we gave you the other 70% of your refund; thereby giving you a 100% refund. We would email you directly from this review but we do not have an order under your name listed on this review.

Fantastic for cat urine
The cat urine deodorizer is fantastic! It works really well to eliminate that strong, stubborn scent of cat spraying. A few sprays goes a long way. This will last a while.
