We booked a sunset tour of the Temples of Angkor. Firstly there was a mix up with the communication about pick-up time. After contacting our travel agent, this was sorted out. We were picked up at 8am and taken on a very good tour of Bayon Temple, Ta Phrom and the leper's building, before a good Cambodian lunch. After lunch we were taken to Angkor Wat. The tour finished at 2.30pm. We asked if we were being taken back to the hotel for a later pick-up to be taken back to see the sunset over Angkor Wat. We were told "no, if your want to see the sunset, you wait here for 3 and half hours in the heat". This was not the itinerary that was promised. Lazy guide (Dom) and driver did not want to fulfil their obligations. I would not use them again. We did not complain at the time, as we had an airport transfer two days later with the same driver, and could not afford to miss our flight. You only go to these epic places once, and you should be pleased with the tour that you purchase.

I am only speaking about Buffalo tours in Lombok. We were met at the airport at 1am and despite being tired the Buffalo tours guy wanted to tell us about the tours he wanted to book us on. He turned up at breakfast the next day, our first day and started to tell us which trip we would be on on which day over the next two weeks ? He tried to sell us the first trip he had planned, a trip to the Guilli Isdlands for 4.2 million. That seemed expensive. Local tour operators were offering the same trip for between 800,000 and 1.2 million. BEWARE. We needless to say did not book ant trips and he didnt bother to show up for the pre paid transfer back to the airport. Tourists are ripped off in Lombok.

Buffalo tours Bali were brilliant, from collecting us and taking us to the airport, to 2 organised tours and personal contact. All the staff we encountered were professional, polite and spoke English very well. Our 2 trips we took were with the same guide and driver. They treated us well and made us feel special. They were called Shandi and Rina. Roman our hotel rep was very helpful, thankfully we only needed him to organise our trips. On our departure we were offered a nice bottle of cold water and a pleasant smile. The driver also helped us find the right direction for check in.
We were on our honeymoon and all the staff enhanced our experience of Bali.

This part of the trip was perfect, with very good guides. We really enjoyed the pampering, where everything was taken care of :)

Our Holidays i Cambodia were a very good experience, particularly in Seam Reap and Battambang area. Our guide, Mr Sokly Phok and our driver Mr Smey, from Buffalotours, give us excellent service. Sokly Phok was full of interesting information about the different places we visited and Smey drive us reasonable and carefully around. We are very pleased how they did their job for us. It was a pleasure for us to have them representing your companies, and we will recommend them as strong as we can for other tourists travelling with you.
