I ordered a ring believing it to be shipped from the US but apparently it's coming from China. The price was good to be true I suppose.

I am so impressed with Ellas Copper the care and attention in every detail is extremely good ,interacting with the customer is exceptional .
Never before have i experienced such care and attention from any company .

I am so totally impressed with this company. Not only are the products beautiful (and beautifully made), but when I had an issue with the magnets in my original bracelet, due to my extremely sensitive skin, the company offered me a list of alternatives to choose from and said that I could gift my original bracelet. My 93 year old mother in law with arthritis is now the delighted and very grateful recipient. Ella's Copper have been a delight to deal with from beginning to end. I have recommended them to everyone I know. Beautiful products and beautiful people. X

I'm generally very cautious about buying anything advertised on Facebook but their jewellery looked so beautiful and I knew that copper could be a great relief for arthritic conditions.
I ordered a bangle and when it I arrived I was quite simply gobsmacked!!
The care and attention to detail was very obvious and in all honesty even if it doesn't relieve my condition I don't care. It is so beautiful I will wear it with pride and in all probability I will buy another piece.
Their customer service is second to none.
All in all, cannot recommend them highly enough.
