Easy to book but slow service if something goes wrong
Easy to book flights and check details. However online chat function is terribly slow (3hrs wait) and not helpful at all when you need assistance quickly, e.g. pending flight boarding. And there are no phone service in most countries. The information given by the agent is helpful though. I guess it is you pay for what you get.

'Free gift' is a bit of a rip-off
No problem booking the ticket, and the price was fine.
But the '$20 OFF your next flight!' 'gift' is a rip-off. If you try to use it all you get is a 'Payment unsuccessful' message when booking. Try on another computer and it says the code has already been used (but there's no problem at all processing the payment without the discount...). Why bother sending it at all if you can't use it...?

I was at the incorrect terminal (in Jeddah) then rushed via taxi to the correct terminal and made it just in time.
The correct terminal was 20-minute taxi ride away.
