My booking date changed when I got to…
My booking date changed when I got to payment and I didn't realise that had happened and I wasn't given an option to change my flight date or a refund. I was very disappointed. How greedy can we get just unbelievable.

I've booked with BudgetAir a couple of times. They send the eticket straightaway. I've also had to change my flight once and the experience was smooth.
