Frustrated
I’m very disappointed. I booked flights for my mom and two brothers. For some reason my brother’s ticket had a different return date.
I contacted these guys to change the flight before the tickets had even been issued by the airline and nothing was changed.
On the their website, they have the flight available, when i ask to change to that specific date, I can’t select that as the flight is not available to change to and they say it’s the airline.
Lo n behold i called the airline to advise on what they said, the airline was equally surprised as the window i wanted was available. I will not be using these guys, ever again! Waste of money - i asked them to cancel and help me rebook the ticket as per my needs, i was told the ticket is non refundable. If they cancel i get nothing! At this point i was very frustrated.
All i need is my ticket changed by a simple day, everything else remains the same. Surely it can’t be that difficult!

This is the worst travel agent I’ve ever come across with full of arrogance people if you’re lucky to establish contact, despite it says 24/7 customers support you can’t get in contact with them.
And even if you’re lucky to get through good luck with the query, they will be easily respond with ‘ they can’t help you’
I’ve send the response and thank you for your effort and this as disappointing as the previous experience, I’ve tried multiple occasions to contact the customers service but unable to connect despite being written 24/7 customer support, about rescheduling ticket which I have managed to complete the request through direct airline as your team was denying any refund or rescheduling assistance, hence I’ve called again for another rescheduled and my flight is on 17 which is more than 36 hours and still got the same arrogance response, they don’t even put effort to listen the query!! And here you’re brushing off and keep spreading lie about the whole experience.. what a scammers

The strict conditions governing flight modifications can make the experience challenging.
The records indicate that the request to change the flight dates was submitted on the actual day of departure. According to the terms and conditions accepted during the booking process, all changes must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
Customer support agents are unable to override these mandatory airline parameters once that deadline has passed. A representative will contact you directly by telephone to discuss this situation further.

Horrible for managing refund request. it takes longer of what they promise, and very negligent with their processes in general. Dont recommend book your flights with budget air ever
