The pants I bought were confortable, and fit well. I'm trying to exchange the dress from my order, and that has been more challenging. If you want to return or exchange, be patient and diligent.

I first off the customer service is amazing. I got the wrong size for my jade bangle back on 2/11/25 and they sent me the correct size with no issues. I believe after a year of wearing my bangle that it has served its purpose and I’m purchasing more. I just ordered 3 more and I’m looking forward to the journey the new 3 will provide. Ase

This store has absolutely TERRIBLE cheap merchandise that looks nothing like the pictures they provide. They will nicely speak in circles and refuse to make things right. A quick Google search will show this is the experience of many customers.

My order was received on 6/30 and I emailed them the same day asking for a return because they did not fit as depicted in their website though I ordered according to the measurements listed on the product page. They responded asking for more details, which I provided. Then offered a discount, thrn more questions, then asked for photos to which I said absolutely not. After 5 emails asking for a return, they had not provided the instructions but continued to dance around the issue. Not happy.

Return Run Around -- The website does not have an address for returns -- you have to contact them at which time they give you the run around in what feels like a way to use up the 30 days you have to return the item... It started with questions about why I didn't like the item, to asking me to measure the item in comparison to the one that I wanted to keep (I declined) to them asking if I wanted something else in place of the return item.... Each time I politely decline and ask them to not delay in sending me the return address. Tick, Tick Tick, it's now 7/9 and my return must be post marked (?) by 7/15... I'm holding out hope that they will honor my request but it's not looking like they are inclined to...

It is a disgrace using the name of Buddha in the context of the quality of the product that is delivered.
I ordered, a not cheap dress in yellow gold, and I have received a very very low quality fabric faded greenish coloured one and the design of the dress hardly lookslike the image presented based upon which I decided to buy the dress. Again a disgrace, in no way you could use Buddha’s name for this…

I want to warn others about my experience with Buddha stone company. I ordered three pairs of pants but only received two. The pants I got were of very poor quality, the fabric, stitching, and fullness all differed significantly from what the website advertised. After contacting them, they offered a 5% discount, which I refused. Then, they agreed to a full refund, but the return address was in China, with a shipping cost of over $300. I never received the third pair, and the company has been extremely difficult to dispute with. They appear to have elaborate methods to avoid liability. Please be cautious if you are considering shopping with them, this was a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend it.
An update on my refund saga:

The company replied to my previous review stating that the third pair of pants was intercepted before shipment at my request. While that is true, they left out one very important fact: I still have not been refunded for the third pair that I never received.

I am simply asking for a refund for an item that was never shipped to me.

The two pairs I did receive were significantly different from what was advertised on the website in terms of fabric quality, stitching, and overall appearance. Although the company offered a full refund, they required me to return the items to China at a shipping cost of over $300, making the "refund" unrealistic.

I hope the company will stop delaying this matter and issue the refund for the third pair that was never delivered.

They have beautiful items but beware if you need to make a return. I bought 2 cotton dresses. They were too small. To return it is an International Shipment, $35!! That is half the total of my order so I did not return. I ended up with a $6 refund, 10% of my order. So if you are returning anything larger than a very small package, it will cost you.

The quality of the dresses I ordered are horrible. And the one they send for free if you buy 2…. The fabric feels like paper and plastic. Save your money!

I did have some issues with my order, it took a while to arrive and then the item was of poor quality and very very small for a supposed 2XL garment. However, on contacting the company, they were very helpful and issued a no fuss refund. Although on this occasion my purchase was not a success, they have some lovely looking items and I would be tempted to order again as they seem genuinely sincere. However if you do order just be aware that sizing seems to be on the small side so opt for bigger. Can't fault the customer service I received, thank you.

I absolutely love the harem pants I ordered, they’ve become a total staple in my wardrobe and are a must-have for summer!

I ordered a second pair but in changing the size I think the site reset my colour choice so I’ve ended up with the wrong colour. Since they come from so far away it’s a bit of a hassle trying to return them, but customer service have been helpful and offered a replacement pair.

The sizes are a joke, must be for boys and girls, I’m usually large in the USA, I bought a XXXL and it’s xtremily tight. Place a second order and never delivered. They do not refund and simply let you on your own. Horrible company.

I ordered two items and waited over a month for delivery. The leggings themselves were reasonably well made. The return process, however, was drawn out through multiple stages:

First response to my refund request: asked me to explain why I wanted to return the item.
Second response: offered an exchange for other items at the same price instead of a refund.
Third response: offered a 10% discount to keep the item instead of returning it.
Fourth response: increased the offer to a 20% discount to keep the item.
Only after declining all of the above did they provide a return address: [Incubation Park, No. 887 Changchun West Road, Hutang Village, Xiaoshun Town, Jindong District, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, China]. Returning a pair of leggings to China cost me £8.15 in postage.
Their return policy states return shipping (£2.99) is deducted from the refund, on top of the £8.15 I already paid.
As of this review, I have not received my refund.

The company presents itself as UK-facing, but returns are processed through China, with return shipping costs and delays that were not made clear before purchase.
Buyer beware.

The bracelets I ordered are beautiful and were wonderful gifts!! And the Customer service team was very helpful!!

I ordered two pairs of harem pants on 20th June and spent a little extra for expedited shipping (10 days). Tracking says they’re still in production. I’ve emailed three times and not had a single response. I am left to assume that this company are thieves and have simply stolen my money.
I’ve only given one star in order to write this review but would have liked to give a negative rating.
