I am happy with the quality of the pants and shirts I received. I ordered a much larger size than I need in the pants (xxxl based on what I read from other reviews but I am an XL which is what I ordered in the shirts which fit well) and they are sending a replacement for shipping costs which is generous. I’m looking for to see how a smaller fit will be.

I would not purchase from Buddha Stones again. The bracelet I received was significantly lower quality than the website photos suggested. When I requested a refund, customer service repeatedly offered partial refunds (5%, 10%, 30%, then 50%) instead of processing a return. Eventually I was required to pay approximately AUD $20 to return the item to China, despite ordering from their Australian website, and after they received it they deducted another $8 from my refund for shipping. The whole process took months of emails. While customer service remained polite, the return process was frustrating, expensive and not transparent. I recommend Australian customers carefully read the return policy before purchasing.

I got 2 pairs of pants and I am happy with the comfort and look and feel of the fabric, but the pictures they show of them on "models" is AI, and the fit is nothing like what they show. In reality, the fit is not flattering at all and they look fantastic in the AI version.

Okay so my story started a few months ago and I was very excited by my purchase of 2 x tops and 2 x pants. a couple of weeks later in keeping with the postal time frame I was given my parcel arrived but only 3 items arrived. I was advised my second pair of pants would arrive by seperate parcel. All good. I waited and waited nand had email contact with Tashi about its delivery progress. Try as he might he could not control delivery here in Australia. So after we realised the courier lost control of the package we communicated again to arraange a new delivery of said pants. In the meantime I had tried on the pair I had received in the first parcel and realised they were way too big for me. I contacted Tashi and asked if I could change the sizing and he agreed I could. So I write this review as a happy soul who got what they actually wanted in the end and a bonus pair of pants was also issued in my correct size. Although all this took a little while... I did get more than I originally purchased and I am very happy with all my garments. Thank you Tashi and Buddhastone. Sincerely Annie

I ordered some bracelets from this shop because the URL says the country that I live in and the order confirmation process says it’s going to take 2-5 business days which was fine even though the shipping is longer. After I checked out I realised that they are not based in my country but in Hong Kong! How the hell is that even possible!? That triggered some scam alarm bells and some more there are no addresses listed in their site and I only found out through Google Search!

My patience is quite long but I am process oriented and when a timeline says 2-5 business days, I expect something happening in this timeframe! When I emailed one of my 4 orders got “shipped”, I don’t even know if it is really being shipped. The 3 no news. Been emailing but no response so it is very frustrating.

If I still do not receive a response or action from
this shop I’m going to report this to the authorities. Where I am they take these things very seriously.

Second time ordering from Buddha Stones.
Very happy again..this time I ordered 2 pants and a top and these are going to be great when I go back to Vietnam and Sri Lanka coming up. I am happy with the post to Australia. I will definitely be ordering again.
Also I would like to mention that I sent a email to Buddha Stones and they emailed me back the next day :-)

I would not use this company the items were very poor quality. Took 3 weeks to be delivered and wont give me a returns address despite 3 email requests.

I don’t understand the reviews of the quality! They are terrible quality but great colors for the harem pants.
The roll and pack so tightly they are wrinkled to extreme. Have 2 out 3 , a couple of wrinkles still remain after washing.
I can buy the same quality on T*** . If that’s your quality level, you’ll love these pants, if not, don’t buy. I won’t buy from them again.
Nor do the pants wear as shown in terms of length and I have long legs.

Absolutely awful customer service. Half the clothes were wearable. It took three emails (each email answer came with substantial delay) to get the return address. By the time the return address (in China) was provided, the 30-day return window was too small to even consider. The return postage (payable by customer) was more than the cost of the clothes. I was offered a 10% discount if I wanted to keep the clothes, yet they are unwearable - unravelling threads, unaligned stitching, desperately thin material. On one item (a summer top) the neck hole was so small, I couldn't even fit my head through. Clearly, the company does not want to process returns; feels as though everything is done to avoid a return. Emails are overly long and very poorly written. A complete waste of money and time, the website substantially oversells the quality of the product. If I could give less than one star I would. Stay away. These are going straight into the recycle bin; completely unsalvageable.

I ordered 2 lovely-looking blouses - both the same size. One was way too small, despite ordering a larger size, and the fabric on the other was so thin it tore the first time I washed it, despite using a gentle cycle. They weren't cheap, so I'm not happy at all.

This was my 2nd time ordering from them, and the yoga pants I ordered the first time, while looking a little different from their picture, were fine.

What a shame. I won't be ordering from them again.

Do not order from this company unless you are sure you will not have to return the item. You have to return to china. I have requested return label multiple times and get replies with no return address, instead they take days to reply which runs down the window of time you have to return the item.

Can't say much about the other products but I do not recommend any of the red bracelet range. Considering the price I thought it would be better quality than Temu but unfortunately the knots are unravelling. Spoke to customer service who were apprehensive at first and wanted photo proof. Once they accepted a replacement item be sent out they wanted me to pay delivery costs. I refused this as i have only had the bracelet for 3 months which according to them is a long time.

This company cannot be trusted and you should not order from them. I ordered pants and the quality is very poor. Not to mention sizing is not good. I tried to return them and you have to pay for shipping to have them return. They will not give you a shipping label even though says free returns on the website. False advertising. The shipping from the US to China for 2 pairs of pants is $425 yes you read that right. I have contacted them numerous times and they refuse to issue a return label. So save yourself the frustration and disappointment and DO NOT order from them.

Quick service, and love the quality of the pants bought. Just remember, multiple items might be shipped separately. Otherwise, yes, I will be a return customer. Thx.

Failed the respond or send return details after taking delivery charge payment from me. Had the go through banks fraud department to get my money back.

Update: after posting this they responded and offered a full refund without return which was generous.

I ordered a Tai Chi outfit as a gift. Unfortunately it didn’t fit. I am now in the process of trying to return this but as other customers on here also seem to experience, I am being the runaround. They are asking me to exchange it and when I have declined they just ignore my messages. This is embarrassing as it was a gift for a friend.

I am going to look at producing a Letter Before Action as I’ve not experienced service so poor from an online retailer previously. I don’t like shopping on Amazon but experiences like this make me think it’s not worth the hassle when the service is so poor.

Order #UKBS82128 on 2nd June. Fan never arrived. I have repeatedly asked for a full refund, but they haven't replied to any of my emails. Only response I've had to communication was a Facebook message on 8th July informing me that it was out of stock and asking me to order something else. I replied on FB (requesting a refund as goods not supplied) but again received no response. PLEASE SEND A FULL REFUND! IMMEDIATELY!

In response to message below: any messages received were on Facebook/Trustpilot (not email - I checked inbox, spam folder, and deleted items and there was nothing from Buddha Stones) after my Trustpilot reviews had been posted.
