I purchased a Bangle just recently from Buckley, however, it snapped and I contacted them about it and I received a prompt reply from Sally. She notified me that she would send a replacement in the post, which I have duly received. I am very impressed by this very quick service and kind cooperation from them. I will definitely be using them again as service is excellent. Well done xx

I ordered 3 bracelets in their sale which was amazing they came beautifully packaged and looked exactly like on the website, one of them came apart which isn’t their fault just of those things I contacted customer services not expecting a reply the same day as I know they’re busy but not only did they reply back within they hour they’ve sorted it all out for me and sending me a replacement!!! Just wanted to say thank you to sally who has sorted this out for me customer service is absolutely fantastic.
The quality is so good and delivery is spot on so thank you again

I’ve bought Buckley jewellery at airports before so I decided to buy a mystery package for £25 which was supposed to be worth around £200… really disappointed - 8 pairs of earrings! Most so tiny they would disappear into the holes of your ears! A ring, 2 bracelets and a neck pendant… the only thing I would have purchased are the bracelets. Felt like a mystery package of stuff no one else would buy!
Would not recommend.

Not good at all !!!
First of all, I placed the order on March 17, and I still haven't received it; according to the package tracking, it doesn't look like I'll receive it before the weekend either. So I’ve missed the name day for whom the gift was intended, and now I have to get another gift!!!
That alone is bad enough, but especially when you factor in the €10+ shipping cost—about 20% of the item’s value—it’s just TRAGIC

Great customer service on returning an item and they resent another size quickly.
I was kept up to date through email. Jewellery is classic looking and excellent quality. I will continue buying from them in the future. An all round shopping experience.

I have always found this companie"s jewelerry very good quality and excellent value. Many of the items look like very expensive jewellery. The delivery is prompt and everything is excellent.

Beautiful product and a great service. I received the items within a few days. I purchased the canary sparkle pear ring and matching earrings and they’re both so pretty and look much more expensive than they actually cost. I would definitely recommend - well worth 5 stars!
