Horrible customer service and delayed product
Product was delayed in production and was not going to arrive in time. This was not caught until I reach out. I wanted to cancel my order since it wasn’t going to be on time instead they said that they ordered another to be made so I was not able to cancel. This was all done without asking me. Customer service was awful, shipping expectations were wrong, and customer service did nothing to make this right. Will not recommend this company and will never use them again.

Perfect gift for dad and kids!

Awesome gift
At first I was skeptical about this product Advertisement but I really loved the idea of a personalized book for my son and husband who love paw patrol. Used twice now - brilliant!
I've used BubblyDoo twice now for personalised books as gifts. They are excellent quality, great designs and importantly for us, you can amend the "Dad/Daddy/Mum/Mummy" to someone else significant in their life. My daughter loves reading them! An intern or AI wrote this book
The personalized Peppa Pig themed book is a very cute idea. However, there a multiple grammatical and punctuation errors throughout the text. For example, every sentence that refers to only two characters (i.e. - "Peppa and [child]") incorrectly includes a comma after Peppa ("Peppa, and [child]). There are also multiple spacing issues that make some sentences confusing. BubblyDoo would benefit from an experienced copyeditor taking a pass on the book template.

Father’s Day Disappointment
Had this book made for Father’s Day while the pictures are great and the personalization. The storyline itself is very hard to follow and to read out loud. In the story, it says he said she said too many times and it’s hard to understand even for adults. The storyline jumps scenes and we both got confused. I reached out to customer service and after stating that the storyline is not great. They weren’t really willing to do anything but 10% off another book. It’s disappointing that I couldn’t see the storyline in advance or I would’ve never ordered it and they weren’t open to constructive feedback.
We kept the book because my son likes paw patrol but we just make up the whole story because I can’t read it out loud.
Reply: Well Spoiler, Daddy doesn’t win the race. He gets captured and the kid has to step in race “for his dad”. The dad pops up near the end of the second race and the kid wins the race but “This championship really belongs to Dad”. It’s very confusing.

Buyer beware
My book arrived and had a typo in it. It wasn’t even a personalized part of the book. It had three words all together without spaces. I took a picture and showed customer service and I got got back was “here’s a discount for your next purchase”. No sorry, no refund, no replacement. I don’t want a discount for my next purchase because there won’t be another purchase. Horrible customer service
