Did not receive by timeline given. No email stating it would be delayed. I had to reach out to you and then was told of delay. I wanted to cancel order by then and was told I could not but they would give me a discount for another order if I wanted to purchase again. Very poor customer service.

Took a month for the product to come in. Missed Father’s Day and this was my toddler’s gift to his dad. He was so excited about it and was so disappointed that he couldn’t give it to him for Father’s Day.

It took 20 days to deliver, when they said 5-7 days
I ordered on June 5th and it said 5-7 days for shipping arrival. It was suppose to be here well before Father’s Day. It did not arrive till June 24th. Days after Father’s Day.
And when I reached out on the 17th and was concerned about the shipment, it had not even shipped yet. Don’t advertise a Father’s Day gift if you order it 20 days ahead and you can’t get it to arrive in a reasonable time. Honestly, Product quality is great, but you can’t have a great product that can’t make it on time. Order a month ahead

I absolutely loved the custom book and cannot wait to give it to my son for his birthday. Ronaldo made him fall in love with soccer and to be able to put them together in this book was amazing. Would definitely order again!

Nice books but questionable printing process
The quality of the books was nice but there was a “delay” with my order that I was never informed of until I reached out. I had received an email that my books were printing. Over a week later the tracking page was still saying the order was printing. I reached out around day 9 of “printing” and I did hear back quickly but was just given an apology and told there was a “delay” with my order. I don’t think the delay would have been caught had I not reached out. I ended up getting my books a week after the stated date and had to give the gift after Father’s Day.
I appreciate the quick response but some sort of effort to make it right should have been made. That could have been an offer of a partial reimbursement or even a %50 your next order coupon.

Cute idea...
The books are nice and cute, and I love being able to customize stories for my child. I had some issues with being able to edit some of the settings in the order process so I immediately emailed customer service for some changes, which was pleasant but some of the requests were not made in my printed versions. My order did not ship or deliver in the posted timeframes online, and was about a week late.

I ordered for Father’s Day, a little late. They sent me an email saying there was an error in the printing and they needed to reprint, but guaranteed it would still arrive in time for Father’s Day. I received it in perfect condition a few days before Father’s Day. He absolutely loved it and so did we! Well worth the money.

The concept is lovely. Our grandaughter loved the book. Unfortunately after two weeks the pages started falling out. Not something you want from an item destined to be a keepsake.
