Scammed me $59 after agreeing to pay $1 for a trial. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

The trial period worked well with very good results however when I paid for a week use nothing worked anymore.
I contacted support and they fixed it for a day then it became intermittent.
However, I have found support to be helpful and this stage although the App seems to work sporadically the end results when they do happen are good

Total con - paid £1 for a photo to be changed and then a few days later you find £29 being removed from your Bank and then they will not answer the emails sent!!

Another victim of this scam.
It was too late for me after seeing Trust Pilot reviews because I had already paid my $1. I also declined all Bubbi's plan options but did want successful results for what I paid for. They charged me $35. Hopefully I can get my account deregistered so the charges will stop.

I used Bubbi just once to vectorize an image for €1, believing it was a one-time payment. At no point was it made clear that I was actually subscribing to a €35 monthly plan.
I was shocked to see the charge on my bank account without any prior notice or confirmation email, especially since I never used the service again.
I’ve now canceled my account and requested a refund, but this feels like a misleading and unfair business practice.
After checking other reviews, I can see that many users have gone through the same experience.

Only giving 1 star because I have to. Absolute scammers! I paid the £1 but didn’t get the photo and they have continued to take money from the bank.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Scammers. Charge £1 for a one off use then try to charge £29 for a subscription
Fortunately Monzo are aware of these scammers and have blocked it
Edit. Thanks for the copy and paste response. Just give up - 90% of your reviews make the same point. Scammer

I paid £1 to resize 1 picture and then they took £29 out of my account without my consent

Another one who paid £1 and then got the £29 taken out a few weeks later, they are nothing but crooks, and as usual the Gov wont do anything to deal with these grifters. If its a "Trial" as they claim, why are you charged £1 Lesson learned, please dont fall for these scammers.

They offer a service to vectorise an item for $1 then automatically sign you up with no notice, alert or receipt to a $65 recurring monthly payment.
Have reported to the FBI, as well as my bank to recover the funds.

Only clicked 1 as I can’t click zero. Paid £1 to have a photo fixed and was happy with that but a couple of days later they tried to take £30 out of my account as a subscription which I had declined. My bank caught it and told me this company does this all the time so AVOID

Same thing happened to me as everyone else! Paid the dollar with Apple Pay and they changed $55 to my card!! No receipt or invoice issued! I’ve been emailing back and forth with them and they will not give me a refund! Whatever you do do not use this app!

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE a misleading scam offering one time use for £1 then forcing you into an expensive subscription with no account details to cancel yourself. Illegal practice, call your bank and report and fraud. Also report their website to Google.

BEWARE!!! It did vectorise my image, only to find out a month later that the £1 charged turned into another £1 and a £29 for a subscription I didn't know I had entered into. They said they sent me password details and I received nothing, so I was unaware that I had entered a contract with them. They told me all of this is on their T+C which are tiny under the download button. I don't remember their checkout process to see if it is also there and don't want to check in case it charges me again!
They said they do not refund the money, even if the subscription hadn't been used.
Rip off! unbelievable that they can get away with it. A very dodgy way to get customers. When you try to cancel, they then offer you 25% or even 50% discount! very infuriating.

Needed a tiny part of an image sharpened came across this website offering a free trial so I thought I would give it a go, it worked quite well only took a couple of seconds as it was a tiny part of a much larger image the image looked OK onscreen so they charged £1 to download it which seemed fair they now have charged me £29 for a subscription, which is the most expensive they offer, there was no mention of this on the website, which is illegal in the UK, I have complained to them, but I shall be contacting my bank for a chargeback once the payment has gone out

It was too late for me after seeing Trust Pilot reviews because I had already paid my $1. I also declined all Bubbi's plan options but did want successful results for what I paid for. They just charged me $35 so what people are saying is true no matter what you do they will charge you for at least the next month. Hopefully I can get my account deregistered so the charges will stop.

There was a fraudulent charge on my credit card for 55$ that I did not authorize..They said it was one dollar to use their photo restoration service..DECEPTIVE PRACTICES ..IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO I WOULD..

Scammers. You think you are paying a 1$ fee for a service and you end up being hooked to a premium monthly subscription of min 55$.

This company is using underhand ways to trick you into a subscription. It will ask you to sign in which in this case I signed in with Google. It will ask to pay £1 to enhance a picture. After a week, this morning it took £29. I didn’t think it would charge me which I should’ve cancel the auto renew. For after trial for seven days. :(

This service is a total scam stay away, I made the mistake of not reviewing the service before proceeding with them. They offer a service for a euro then the steal 35 euros from your account at the beginning of the month.
