False stuff! When i ask for a manual they answer they can't because it's unofficial!! Don'' buy there, because it's not cheap eather.

The shipping took a lot longer than was stated, but the product itself was really good and still is.

Tshirt is the great quality and delivery was pretty fast all in all I’m very satisfied. It’s not really oversized as I thought but it’s ok it’s still looking and feeling great

This was my first time purchasing from BTS Mania. I was very happy with my purchases as I purchased the BE concept book as well as MAP OF THE SOUL 7 SPECIAL GIFT (FOR ARMY)

The BE Concept book had lots of fun facts, and the photos are great! It's nice and compact so I keep it near my desk and it takes up very little space. I look at it often!

Everything was packaged well, and when I saw my order was being divided into two shipments and there was a problem with one of the shipping tracking numbers - I emailed customer service and it was fixed immediately. I was VERY happy with the customer service I received.

My only sadness - I was supposed to get a BTS face mask which did not arrive. I expect they ran out of the promotional option before my order was shipped.

Everything else was wonderful and I will order from here again.

I made a mistake at the order. I contacted them and they answered really quickly and change the product as requested. I'm very happy about it.

Terrible. I've been waiting for my order for almost 2 months now. I've tried to cancel the order 2 times to. And they refuse to get back to me. I ordered this back on January 16th I believe. And it said the delivery date was supposed to be on February 6th. The Chinese new year delayed it I know that. But my package has been stuck on "order ready" for 2 months and it doesn't show where the package is on the tracking map. Not only that but it's sending me the wrong size, I know I chose XXXL I checked it 4 times before ordering it and it says it's sending me an XL, to small. I used my birthday money on this. It was 60$ CAD. Idk. I'm just very upset with this. I just wanted to buy a BTS sweater because I don't have any merch for them. I was so excited. Like very excited... I don't know if this site is a scam or not... Idk... This is just my experience. I hope no one else is in this situation. It sucks.

This is my second time to order a sweater for my niece. So impressed with first order, I ordered again and it was great quality nicely packaged and a little gift with it, as good as first time . Delighted will have no problem ordering again and again from this website .
