I loved the products I ordered but the packaging could be improved on, especially if sending internationally. My ARMY box was a bit dented even though it was in between the hoodie which was in a plastic bag that was wrapped in a greyish package. Suggestion for packaging would be to use a durable box with the products encased with bubble wrap so they don't dent or break 👍

I Bought The Pong Pong Fat Cushion - Shooky And The Dynamite Hoodie And The Map Of The Soul 7 Army Box On November 28, 2020! And On December 4, 2020, I Got The Shipment Confirmation For The Shooky Pillow And The Hoodie .... But, I Couldn't Track It, Because The Website Disappeared Just Vanished And Then On December 7, 2020, I Got The Shipment Confirmation For The Army Box And The Same Thing I'm Unable To Track My Product! So I Start Searching Reviews And None Of Them Are Good... People Have Ordered Things Months Ago And Never Received Their Product...So At This Point I Suck It Up As A Lost... Because This Was The Only Surprise That I Had For My 13 Year Old Daughter, Because Everything She Got For Christmas Was What She Asked For...So I Really Wanted To Surprise Her! So Since She Didn't Know About It...Then She Wouldn't Be Disappointed!!! So All Of That To Say This...On Christmas Eve December 24, 2020...I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE..YAYYYY!!!! I HAD THE HAPPIEST 13 YEAR OLD ON CHRISTMAS DAY!!! AND EVERYTHING WAS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.... SO THANK YOU BTS MANIA SHOP!!! And The Website Never Came Back!!!!

normal delivery time to Germany, as always a bit unconventionally packaged, outer packaging damaged, but goods were OK.

Order placed early December & the nearer we got to xmas without the delivery l worried but upon contacting the company they apologised and item received within days. Impressive service. And my granddaughter loved her BTS hoodie & l was impressed with the quality.

Most likely this company is changing their company name and web site again which is why the web site is gone. When I bought from them in early 2020 they were known as BTS Mania Shop then they changed it to their current name. I'm guessing it's because of all the bad reviews and possible chargebacks because people (including myself) have contacted their banks to get a full refund on the FAKE and DEFECTIVE items they sell. DO NOT buy from them and please make sure you let others know.
