Quality product, easy installation and great support from Tommy when I misunderstood some instructions.

I recently installed a new screen and fascia from Brummstadt in our Jeep. The unit works well overall and is a noticeable improvement on the factory setup.

There were some initial issues with the microphone and CarPlay, but with assistance from Tommy and Patrick these were resolved quickly. Their support was straightforward and effective.

The wireless CarPlay can be slow at times, particularly when two different phones are used in the vehicle. Using wired CarPlay has reduced most of these problems.

Overall, the product is functioning as expected and the installation process was supported well by the team

Patrick at Brummstadt was incredibly helpful in resolving the issues I was having with my CarPlay and microphone. He took the time to clearly explain what was going wrong, walked me through the options, and made sure everything was working properly before closing things off. His communication was prompt, professional and friendly throughout the whole process, which made the experience stress‑free.

Great store to buy a radio from as I upgraded my 2013 troopy .
Base model works great and as intended easy to set up you get everything as pictured for a good price, easy to install too. (Does use up phone data though that may be a user problem 😅)

The second time I decided after having the head unit for a while to upgrade to the standard model to suit my needs better and Tommy in particular, has made the entire process of returning the base model and getting my current one super easy, no fuss . These guys go the extra mile to make sure you have all the information you need, it's easy to understand and are happy to help with any issues you have even small problems - 100% recommend and thankyou again to Tommy and the store for the fantastic help!

I bought a head unit from Brummstadt a couple years back and the support has been unreal. Kevin has gone above and beyond helping me through every technical issue I had. He checked in, made sure everything was working properly, and even offered to walk me through the interface step by step whenever I needed it.

A genuine desire to help and to get the product working as it should. We purchased a replacement head unit for our 2013 RAM as we wanted to have easy access to maps, music, TPMS etc. Neither of us are particularly tech savvy, and we struggled to understand the differences between Android auto and the unit's need to connect to wifi for some applications. Patrick walked us through what needed to be done, suggesting different wiring configurations to get the unit working. He was patient, giving us time to carry out the steps he suggested, and checking in to see how we were progressing with the set up. Most of his instructions were clear and easy to follow, and if we told him we didn't understand he found a different way to explain it so we did. We would not have been able to get the unit working without his help. Overall we are happy with the unit. Still got some tweaking to do to improve sound quality, which Patrick assures us will be easy to do.

Excellent product. Have previously installed top brand name head units in other cars and they have always been a pain. This was an easy plug and play, with the Hilux harness provided. Only issue I had was with the reverse camera, emailed support and Kevin put me straight on the fix, was just changing the setting from 360 to reverse took 2 mins. This is a much better system than the original and having Bluetooth CarPlay is awesome. Also read a review that said the sound was crap, this is incorrect the sound from the original speakers is now so much better. Great product, easy install.

I bought a head unit to replace an original one for our 2009 Honda. It was easy to order and arrived relatively quickly (noting it is delivered directly from China).
It was an easy plug and play instillation. I referred to YouTube for instructions on removing my original headset.
There were a couple of minor issues I needed guidance with and Tommy through the online messaging service was very knowledgeable and was able to point me in the right direction.
The unit looks amazing in the car - it looks like it was always meant to be there.

The head unit fits perfectly to the Honda Jazz and looks amazing. A huge improvement on the plain original unit.
Original cables were incorrect, and a fast replacement was ordered and sent from China.
Support by Kevin absolutely amazing and showed a lot of patience with me to get the unit up and running as it should.
Would highly recommend the unit and Brummstadt to anyone wishing to purchase and self-install. Installation was simple and straight forward, just the overall setting up by me, but with the excellent support in the background from Kevin and Tommy it is all now up and running.
I cannot overemphasize the assistance given by Brummstadt. So good.
