Excellent product. Have previously installed top brand name head units in other cars and they have always been a pain. This was an easy plug and play, with the Hilux harness provided. Only issue I had was with the reverse camera, emailed support and Kevin put me straight on the fix, was just changing the setting from 360 to reverse took 2 mins. This is a much better system than the original and having Bluetooth CarPlay is awesome. Also read a review that said the sound was crap, this is incorrect the sound from the original speakers is now so much better. Great product, easy install.

I bought a head unit to replace an original one for our 2009 Honda. It was easy to order and arrived relatively quickly (noting it is delivered directly from China).
It was an easy plug and play instillation. I referred to YouTube for instructions on removing my original headset.
There were a couple of minor issues I needed guidance with and Tommy through the online messaging service was very knowledgeable and was able to point me in the right direction.
The unit looks amazing in the car - it looks like it was always meant to be there.

The head unit fits perfectly to the Honda Jazz and looks amazing. A huge improvement on the plain original unit.
Original cables were incorrect, and a fast replacement was ordered and sent from China.
Support by Kevin absolutely amazing and showed a lot of patience with me to get the unit up and running as it should.
Would highly recommend the unit and Brummstadt to anyone wishing to purchase and self-install. Installation was simple and straight forward, just the overall setting up by me, but with the excellent support in the background from Kevin and Tommy it is all now up and running.
I cannot overemphasize the assistance given by Brummstadt. So good.

Really happy with the unit and Kevin delivered when I needed some help with setup.
Kevin got back to me quickly, and with exactly the right advice.

Great after market service . I chose to install myself and the crew helped me above and beyond . Tommy gave me very easy to understand instructions on how to program the OEM steering wheel buttons. Thanks again guys

The unit is installed and working well with great online help from Tommy and others. The installation guide supplied is generic which I expected because of the diversity of vehicles it fits but most of the process is obvious.
A very good product which brings my Prado into the modern era.

A website that has a good layout, and search function.
Friendly support via email, with really quick replies. Great unit, but was surprised it was sent from China. But even still only took 5 business days after tracking note was sent. Had it fitted up in less than 15 mins, as I've installed similar in dozens of cars. Thanks again!

The personalised service provided by Patrick was exceptional, l was having a permission issue between the new unit and my mobile, while the problem was being investigated l was kept informed and in the loop, l was very happy with the service provided and the eventual outcome once all permissions had been allowed

The experience with Brummstadt was smooth and professional. Communication was alittle slow at first but it was honest and fulfilling.
The end product is magnificent and surpassed my expectations. One or two minor hiccups along the way but expected when transforming a 12 year old car into the modern age.

After installing unit we had trouble getting the SWC to work. There are so many variation to consider with cabling and specific model and make of vehicle it seemed no matter what we tried nothing would work. After contacting the service team and some friendly back forth to collect information we got there in the end. Now everything is great and the head unit works exactly as I had imagined.

Got the wrong facia to start with but this was quickly resolved. Have just finished installing and haven’t had chance to use much yet. But seems fine. Keep getting reminder to post review so hopefully all done. Cheers. Bit of a pain doing the review. Should be able to just submit with out codes ect
