Browns Pharmacy Group is a family owned business of eleven pharmacies across the Midlands from Kings Norton to Hinckley. Our first pharmacy at Kingshurst was purchased by Walter Brown in 1980 and since then we have grown steadily. We believe strongly that our purpose is to provide our customers and patients with high quality service in dispensing and supply of medicines, pharmacist consultations and by offering good value products that help make people feel better. Our customers are important to us and we aim to give you a friendly welcome when you visit us.

Poor

Poor, item did not arrive, no confirmation when item was supposed to have been dispatched! No communication or apology was refunded but poor comms and item did not arrive!

I am really sorry to hear that you were not contacted when your order was refunded. This is against our operating procedures which requires all customers to be contacted if we are unable to fulfil their order.

We are currently in the process of putting a new system in place which automatically emails our customers, to ensure that every customer who unfortunately requires a refund is contacted with a reason why this has happened. However, there are still a few issues we are trying to work out with this system. I would like to apologise for this inconvenience and understand how frustrating it can be when you order online and receive no further information.

Covid tests never arrived

We ordered Covid tests as we had Covid. Supposed to arrive in 3 days. No communication from the supplier and seven days later they have still not arrived. Lucky someone dropped some tests around and we are now Covid free.

I am really sorry to hear that you still have not received your parcel with the COVID tests. 
We do our best to send all orders within a day of receipt, however, we had to hold your parcel back an extra day as the stock had to be delivered from a different branch to ourselves. We dispatched your item with Royal mail on Thursday 14th with Tracked 48 hour delivery, which we find usually delivers next day, however, due to the bank holiday weekend, the item is still in transit. As a gesture of goodwill I will refund 50% of your order and would like to apologise for this inconvenience to you.

I’ve been using Brown’s for over 20…

I’ve been using Brown’s for over 20 years and they have always been so helpful. The ladies that are there presently are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble, offering useful advice and always going the extra mile.

i'm still waiing

I can't give any more stars i'm still waiting for fo the parcel to arrive called in to the chemist and the assistant was very helpful took my mobile number and said she'd ring me back but not had a call yet

Friendly Solihull staff

The staff in the Solihull store are always friendly and helpful, I prefer to travel further to see them than others in the local area.

The online store has the best price around for some of my medical equipment, it's a shame I can't get that same good price in store though!

1st time trying. Not again

Ordered a product, waited a good few days. I then receive a refund for what I ordered. No email explaining why. Wouldn't use again

Unfortunately we have had some staff shortages over the past few days due to COVID isolation and therefore have been unable to send any emails out. Unfortunately we were unable to get any stock of the product that you ordered and have therefore had to provide you with a full refund.
