When my Luxaflex blind broke and I was quoted £1,000 to replace it, my heart sank. But Broken Blinds came to the rescue and fixed it for only £150! And it only took them 2 days! Amazing.

Excellent customer service. Sarah gave very prompt replies and quickly organised Florin to re-string a broken roman blind on a home visit. He was punctual, efficient, polite and friendly. Would recommend anyone needing a blind repair to use this company - outstanding service.

I had a great experience with broken blinds. Sarah in the office was brilliant, efficient, helpful and always responded quickly. Florin who came to fix one blind and install another was fantastic. The string on one of my conservatory blinds broke and the whole blind came down.
I watched numerous videos on YouTube re fixing the blind but in the end opted to go for Broken Blinds for the repair.
The person they sent turned up on time and took about 45 minutes to resolve the problem and now the blind looks brand new.Would highly recommend Broken Blinds 10/10

Tucked between a petrol station and railway line is a massive repair place! Excellent and quick service for a small problem with my roller blind. Glad that I used them.

I have a set of 12 year old motorised blinds that required repair. One of the motors would no longer raise or lower its blind, although it rotated, and another blind wouldn't lower fully. The blinds' supplier, Thomas Sanderson, offered no post warranty support at all and I found BrokenBlinds ('BB') on the internet. I was asked to describe the problem and supply a few pictures. Based on this information Sarah Asher at BB provided a quotation and arranged a technician's visit. The job was done on time and as promised, notwithstanding a domestic (and entirely unconnected) emergency that occurred at the same time the technician was on site. BB is not cheap, but there were no surprises as the costs were quoted upfront; these costs were certainly justifiable given the alternative of replacing the blinds.

I have an old system of electric blinds, obsolete apparently, looking online for a company to fix them, I came across Broken Blinds.
Communication was great, they ask for a few pictures of the old system, they gave me an idea of probably the reason of the malfunctions and the estimate of the repair.
They arrived at the time they say, they did the Job, and turn up to be exactly what they have already told me via email, same cost and no problems.
A wonderful experience I will strongly recommend them.Five stars for sure.

I had found Broken Blinds on google search, the team are really professional and provided a seamless experience with efficiency and a very high standard of repairing my blinds.
I was explained on how to look after the blinds going forward which was most helpful.

Go to company in London for my old (and out of production) SilentGliss venetians when need repairing. Not cheap but they do quality work and make every effort to repair (rather than offering no other solution than replacement with new)

Appointments are arranged promptly, and time commitments are honored. Work is performed by friendly, professional staff. High quality work-- blinds are like new.

Requested a match for an existing very large single curtain. Seamstress Diana's work was of a highly professional standard; Receptionist Sarah was very polite and arranged the work to be done quickly and at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend this company.

Working with them was a pleasure; my bedrooms look so much better now that the blinds are repaired and rehung. I wish I had done this sooner.

A very happy customer here. Sarah was so helpful and efficient when I told her my woes on the phone (5 out of 8 venetian blinds needed fixing), and arranged for Kris to sort it all out. He was punctal, competent and very pleasant. And hey!! everything is fixed.
Another great thing about this company is it's name....it tells you exactly that they fix blinds rather than 'oh you'll need new ones'.

I can only confirm what other customers have said; this is an excellent business who puts the customer first. From first contact with Sarah on the phone the service provided was outstanding. The quality of the work is excellent - I had both a curtain track and blinds repaired. Florin not only fixed everything but was charming and courteous. I highly recommend this company.

Have had a broken conservatory blind for about a year and could find no one to repair it…OK to sell me new blinds but not repair!
Emailed Broken Blinds and provided some photos. They couldn’t have been more helpful.
Today I had my blind repaired. Nothing was too much trouble and I know it wasn’t simple.
I am delighted by the customer service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

We had two blinds repaired by Florin in the past few months. He did an excellent job and saved us a lot of money to avoid completely replacing the conservatory blinds. Sarah(admin) was very helpful and I would highly recommend this company for conservatory blind repairs.

I highly recommend - very nice guy came out this morning and has done a lovely job restringing the blinds, I wish I'd got it organised a year ago. Currently have a broken foot, so he v kindly took photographs of his work, to cut down on my crawling up the stairs - have now seen for real, and I'm so pleased.
