Honestly every time I use it there have been problems. Why is it that it does not register my car at times and then I have to pay the full price? I gave my data in exchange and that is how I get rewarded? Unbelievable. Just today I had to pay 350DKK because it decided to not work again

The explanation of using Brobizz on both bridges, the Oresund Bridge and the Storebaelt Bridge, could be much better and simpler, for both the car and the camper. Short, concise, point by point, here also what I need on the Storebelt Bridge, because the rules are different there. Although the Storebelt Bridge is operated by a different company. Sincerely, Bojan.

Works very good.
To minor faults:
1) shipping to Switzerland was not possible so I had to organize it via my Swedish family, but your staff has been very kind and helpful thru the whole procedure;
2) it interferes with my Italian/French telepass/télépéage so I have to take it down when driving thru Italy or France. (The Franco-Italian device won’t work and the barrier won’t open)

The perfect pass for crossing the bridges to continental europe. Good prices and fast lane. Much faster (and cheaper) than the slow ferrys.

If you have been directed to this company by Autopass in order to pay for your tolls in Norway like I was for a vehicle over 3.5 ton, be aware . After extensive research I bit the bullet and decided to order a tag for my trip to Norway . After ordering I noticed it could only be used on the bridges in Denmark . I quickly tried to cancel but the only way of communicating was by chat and they can’t cancel my order even though it’s not been despatched. So I’ve lost £25 on something that’s not fit for purpose. It’s hard enough trying to organise a trip to Scandinavia without being ripped off by a Danish company . The day wasted trying to cancel my order .
