I ha negative on Broadway auto transport which I cancelled after Mark talked to me and we were able to work out the problem..Price greed on as per contact and refund being returned

Scheduled an open carrier for a car weeks in advance of pick up date only to have a "middle man" call me the day after pick up and say it was triple the cost originally quoted. I text with the middle man constantly asking for a time for pick up and he assured me all was good and would let me know. For resolution he told me to email support people which I did. Never heard back. Total scam.

We have dealt with this company twice. Trying to give them a chance to redeem themselves. However, we had the same experience each time. We were quoted 1 price, signed a contract for that price to later, right before pick-up, the price had increased by a couple of hundred dollars. Why quote a price and have the customer sign a contract for said quote then change the price after taking a deposit. The second time I even asked if the price would change and was told no. On top of all that the representatives we dealt with, Bruce and Mike Brandon, were very rude.

As of July 8, 2024, I have been working with the, Senior manager, Phil to resolve my issues. He has stated there will be weekly and monthly repost and meetings to help with the customer service issue and they are working on their quoting system.

They said I will get my car in two days I for sure they kept their promise. Great customer service from the desk and even the driver. I recommend 100 percent someone to use them

David was a great representative. I received my car the next day (over a 400 mile trip) in perfect condition.

I read the review and did my due diligence before I decided to use this company. For the most part things started out positive. I called and got a person that had a difficult time with the english, (that should have been my first clue) but against my better judgement I moved forward and explained my situation. After a pain staking conversation we came up with a price and time to pick up the car so I made arrangements with the seller and he set time aside time to meet the driver. The long and short of this review is ( 5 days later and countless hours the car was never picked up. The final straw was a phone call from the company telling me that if I wanted the car picked up it would cost three times the quoted price.) I terminated the contract because it was clear that the car was never going to be picked up and they continued to raise the price with one excuse after another . After fighting to get my money back I moved to another company. with the new company I was not asked to make a deposit or to signed any contracts and was not under ant obligation to make a commitment until they found a driver and after I agreed on the price. The new company found a driver and within two days I had my car for the agreed price and time.

Although I had to cancel my transport as a first time customer they were willing to provide a refund for the non-refundable deposit.
This was extremely kind of them and I really appreciated it!
During my scheduling of transport the communication was mostly swift and informative.
They offered a more than fair price to transport my car.
Overall, a good company and I recommend.
If I need to ship a vehicle in the future I will certainly consider reaching out and using this company again .

We had moved to another state and needed to find a company to bring my Harley Davidson Road Glide to our new location. Fortunately we found Broadway Auto Transport and Joe Jones who made the move easy. Great communication along with easy to navigate contract/invoice on line and solid service from the driver made it a breeze. Driver was accessible during trip by text/phone and had great attitude. He inspected bike with me after unloading and bike was delivered sooner than I expected! Thanks Joe for great job!

Terrible experience where do I start after booking with company they decide to call a day before that they had someone coming to pick up my truck after clearly making arrangements in a the next day after that wanting to charge me extra money for looking for another driver! Which I didn’t agree on and gave the dates I need the truck moved. After find a driver to pick truck my car battery died after putting in thier lift . I instructed the driver to call me when he got close so I would have my mechanic standing by the driver took it upon himself to try and started the vehicle himself the night before delivery and leaving the air filter out of the vehicle on the seat ! He didn’t even call to tell me he was close and then get upset that I’m wasting his time ! He didn’t communicate very good English and neither did the company! Text back and forth they had the nerve to tell me that I paid for standard fee does that mean?? I paid for a service and expect the respect!! So as I told him standard service means — service paying more money you get quality service !! Do not use them if you only want to pay for standard (——) service ! Not even apologetic for the driver they sent !!
