In March 1997 Broadmoor RV was born. It started out with very humble beginnings next door to the Broadmoor Factory Outlet Mall. The Parts and Service Departments were run out of shipping containers and the sales office was run out of a rented space inside the mall. A few short weeks after Broadmoor RV's creation, disaster struck. Those native to the Tri-Cities know the destruction our windstorms can bring. The Easter Morning Storm of 1997 was one of those storms: destroying several tent trailers off the lot of a dealership just starting out. In its infancy Broadmoor RV was able to make 7 sales in its first month of business. That same year in August the dealership found its new and permanent home on two and one half acres across the street from where it all started. Two and one half acres grew over the years to 22+ acres; over nine times the size. The service department has become recognized nationally as one of the best available with over 50% of technicians being master certified. From 7 units sold a month it now sells close to 1600 annually. The lastest addition of 12 more service bays, a paint booth, collision center and expanded parts department encouraged the addition of SuperStore to the name. Broadmoor RV SuperStore has Super People, Super Service and Super Prices all in one place. Come in and let them prove it! Purchase new RV

I give it a 5 stars for sale staffs. Very nice people to work with.
I give it a 4 star for RV orientation for new owner because he doesn't know much about all the new equipments and special maintenance for the RV.

There were a few things that could have been tested before I left but they did a great job showing me the 5th wheel.

"Enter as strangers, leave as friends."

Broadmoor's motto, "Enter as strangers, leave as friends" describes my experience perfectly! From my initial contact with Brad to the thorough walk-through and visit with Molly in Finance, the entire process was efficient and enjoyable. I LOVE with my new Winnebago Hike and have already recommended Broadmoor RV to a few strangers who have asked me where I purchased it! :)

Our experience was great!!

Our experience was great! It started with Eder our salesman, then Neal the Sales manager, the young lady at the front desk, Molly in finance, and ending with Charles who did our walk through. We had their service shop add some slide toppers to our Montana and purchased some items in the supply store. Every part of their operation treated us very friendly, with respect, and all involved were very professional. I called several days later with some questions for our walk through guy, Charles, and he was very helpful answering my questions. Even though they had several walk throughs going on at the same time they made us feel we were the only clients there. I would highly recommend them for your next RV purchase. Steve and Cindy.

Every department provided excellent service.

We met Angel Musick a couple years ago when we were looking at motorhomes and we remembered her. She left such a wonderful impression upon us. When it came time to purchase our RV as we really needed a bunkhouse and none were available at our first look we knew we wanted Angel to help. So we started saving and when it was time we contacted Angel and started our journey. Broadmor RV had excellent customer service. Angel was busy so enlisted Jason and he spent one whole afternoon with us going over different ideas. We looked at countless bumper pulls and my husband had checked out the Jayco class c bunkhouse. We went home did some research and came back and purchased our Jayco RedHawk 31F from Broadmor RV. The sales department was very professional and the entire process was pleasant as we have young children and there was a nice place for them to sit and watch TV while we filled out our paperwork. Joe did the walk-through with us and was extremely helpful. John in finance was very professional and personable as well. Also the girls at the front desk were very sweet. It was an all around great experience.

1st timers and WOW!

Wow! What a wonderful experience! As 1st time RV'ers, we were treated with respect and understanding from the first day of looking to the day of actual pick up. Brad in sales was great! He listened to what we were after and found the perfect model for our family. Our finance person, Molly, was very low pressure and made sure we bought ONLY items we actually would want and need to protect our new investment. Trent and his service guys were also very professional and so helpful after the sale was done. I feel confident that we can get out there and enjoy nature and be in well guided hands going forward with Broadmoor and family. Thanks to all of you in making this a wonderful buying experience. There are so few companies these days that offer great product, sales, and service AFTER the sale. We are recommending Broadmoor to everyone we know that is in the market!

We really enjoyed working with Doug…

We really enjoyed working with Doug Sitton, He wasn’t pushy and really made the experience nice!! The broadmoor staff was great to work with, hopefully when we pick the RV up this week everything goes as smoothly as the purchase did. First of all Marta is the best!

First of all Marta is the best!! Thanks Marta.

However, after spending the night in your parking lot we realized we had a heating issue. Lots of airflow in the bedroom - none in the kitchen. Two of your staff advised us that "this is the way it is. We build them this way. Live with it." I mentioned this to the employee who came out to check me out on the new trailer hitch. Good guy!! With initiative he started taking things apart and discovered the slideout had cut the heating duct to the kitchen. He not only fixed it - he added a heavy duty shield to prevent this issue from presenting again. Please find out who this fellow was and recognize him. Had it not been for him, had we taken the other two employees advice, we would have been unhappy with our lovely new Jayco 24RL's heating for the duration of our ownership.

Brad and Molly were Rockstars

Brad and Molly were Rockstars, I called on Wednesday morning and by Thursday morning they had secured both a trailer and financing.

This is a great dealer and they have a great staff.

Very nice people but failed to detect…

Very nice people but failed to detect and fix problems with our new trailer. The defects were mostly minor and not worth a 150 mile trip back to get repaired. The toilet paper holder was installed backwards and screw holes were stripped. Several small bolts on the slide-out were stripped. The plastic sliding cover on the screen door was missing (still not sent after 2 weeks notice). The toilet sink trap was not properly tightened and leaked. The hole cut for the cigarette lighter-usb outlet was cut too large so the screws had nothing to grab. This outlet was hanging out during check out and the technician just shoved it back in. No response from my complaint letter.

We had a very enjoyable process when…

We had a very enjoyable process when purchasing our 2015 Jay Flight Travel Trailer. Our sales rep was Jason. This was our 5th RV purchase. We have owned a truck camper, Class C, 5th wheel and a travel trailer so we knew exactly what would work for us. Jason was friendly, honest and did not try to force us in anything that we did not want. In fact, we live in western Washington and originally visited Pasco to see another RV at another dealer. We had been in communication with them at least 30 to 60 days prior. However, when we arrived at the other dealer that particular sales person did not seem interested in wanting to sell the RV. He actually asked if we had gone to any other dealership in the area. We said no. We really were interested in the 5th wheel they had. He did not even try to negotiate after we told him the price we wanted out the door. So basically he suggested in not too many words that we should check other dealerships out. He even named a few. So...we did. Ended up meeting Jason at Broadmoor and was so completely blown away by the totally different vibe. A welcoming one! We ended up purchasing a travel trailer although our plan was to purchase a 5th wheel across the freeway. LOL. Besides Jason, it was the price and the condition of the Jay Flight that sealed the deal. On a side note as we finished signing papers at Broadmoor, the other dealership texts me and offers us the price we wanted, but too late and a lot of dollars short for them. We are so satisfied and will definitely keep Jason and Broadmoor RV in mind if we are ever in a need for another RV!. Thank you so much for your great customer service.

Reason for the Three rating as follows:
1. Hard sales tactics to buy additional extended warranties after saying, " no Thank you several Times".
2. When adding the Battery Holder, it was put in wrong by mounting the plate on top of the hitch area and cramming the batteries and battery boxes in where the lids would not fit correctly or anyway to check the batteries for maintenance without total disassembly. Returned it to get it fixed right. Provided picture from Outdoor RV to show proper installation.
3. Found adhesive on the floor inside that needed to be cleaned up.
4. Chain and Power cable to vehicle holder missing on the hitch, was added on the return visit.
5. When picking up the trailer after the return, found battery terminals not tight, one connection was not even hand tight. Had it fixed before I left.

Our sales person

Our sales person, Angel was terrific through the whole process. She went out of her way. From taking extra pictures to driving several hours round trip to pick up the motor home we traded in on our new coach. The delivery process was great. A storm was coming in and yet we went through every detail on the coach and got out before it hit. Thank you very much. Dan and Mary.
