Still waiting for confirmation of returns process

Bought a product which was not fit for purpose at all. Requested a full refund and was offered 25% refund which isn’t acceptable given the product doesn’t even work and so I don’t want to keep it or give it to anyone. I’ve declined the offer but still had nothing further!

Avoid at all costs

Received damaged item. Tried on 3 occasions email for a return/ refund. They would not acknowledge my emails. I then put up a negative review on trust pilot and surprise surprise they responded then!!! Told me I'd get my refund IF I REMOVED THE NEGATIVE comment and stupidly I did in order to receive what should have been lawfully due to me anyway. Never received refund or any further correspondence. This company are a disgrace. Customer service means zero to them.

Easy to find what I was looking for

Easy to find what I was looking for. 15L fridge, for my mum, in a care home, a great price, and best of all, it was mains as well as in car connection. It was great for what I was looking for, it was just to keep mums chocolate and drnks in, as her room in the care home is too hot. Packed well, arrived on time, and was kept up to date on my order, will look at other things on this Web site.
