I was a bit surprised with the negative reviews on here as my usual vape supplier had run out of my flavour and I thought I’d give Britishvapes a go. I can honestly say that I’ve not been disappointed at all. Their prices are very competitive and I’ve had no issues with the delivery which has been super quick and the products were well packaged. So far I’ve had a really good experience with this company and am now on my 3rd order. I’d actually highly recommend them!

Ordered prior to reading reviews so was concerned after reading poor reviews. Contacted company via email & had a quick response that was reassuring. Ordered on 30th August & received order on 1st September.
Great communication.
Competitive pricing.
Quick delivery.
Would highly recommend.

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star but there isn’t an option to leave zero. Ordered vapes on 13th July. Paid my money. Didn't even receive an acknowledgment. 2 emails, 2 voicemails and a WhatsApp message later, still no response 2 weeks later. So took my money under false pretences and am guessing they think they are keeping that? You aren’t! I have to question if the 5 star reviews are honest? Shocking “service”. Go to your local vape shop. At least that way you won’t be scammed!

Ordered for the first time to try a new product 2 weeks ago and paid £3.50 for delivery.
Never received my order !
Phoned no answer, left a message never get back to me.
Poor customer service.

Waited for my order but received nothing. I contacted customer service to be told they no longer stocked what I had ordered but they failed to inform me of this until I contacted them. I requested a refund but had to email twice before receiving a reply. Was promised refund but still waiting. I've emailed twice to chase it up but no longer receiving replies.
