All praise is due to Allah Almighty. We praise Him, seek His help, forgiveness, and guidance, and we seek refuge in Allah from the evil within ourselves and from the consequences of our deeds. Whomever Allah guides is truly guided.
This Umrah journey was truly a trip undertaken for the sake of Allah ﷻ, and it was an experience filled with tranquility, learning, and sincere devotion. Everything was handled with excellence, in line with the saying of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ:
“Indeed, Allah loves that when one of you does a deed, he perfects it.”
Salim and his group were outstanding and did not fall short in any aspect of their service. Their organization, dedication, and attention to detail made the entire Umrah experience smooth and spiritually enriching. They guided us through every step, provided clear instructions, and even taught us the appropriate supplications to recite at specific sacred sites.
What made the journey especially meaningful was the constant connection to Islamic history. They shared reminders from the Seerah of the Prophet ﷺ and inspiring stories of the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them), such as Salman Al-Farisi and the martyr who carried the Islamic banner at Mount Uhud. These moments added depth and reflection to the journey and strengthened our spiritual connection.
My sincere thanks and appreciation go to Salim, Imran, and the two young men, Samir and Rayan. You are all people of excellent character, manners, and upbringing.
May Allah bless you all, accept your efforts, and reward you with the best of rewards. This Umrah experience will remain a cherished memory, and I would highly recommend traveling with this group to anyone seeking a well-organized and spiritually uplifting Umrah.

My second time going umrah with BMT. Amazing service as always. The perfect blend of group activities and free time to explore. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to do umrah on their own as there is always the option to socialise. The activities were great and the Islamic reminders were relevant to attendees.

Alhamdulillah, words cannot adequately describe how remarkable this trip was. This was my first time performing Umrah as an adult, my previous visit having been in childhood, and it exceeded all expectations.

From the very outset, Brother Salim and Brother Imran went above and beyond. After a long seven-hour flight, they ensured that I, along with all the students and families, were provided with a proper meal, as well as water and juices.

Every aspect of the journey was meticulously planned, from touring the Hurrem to climbing Jabal al-Noor, it was nice to be able to relax and just perform my umrah without needing the hassle to get a permit, book my hotels and activities I was able to do my ibadah and leave the rest to Brother Salim and Brother Imran to sort out for me. However, the true highlight of the trip was undoubtedly the exceptional level of service provided by Brother Salim and Brother Imran. Not a moment passed without them offering assistance, food, water, or comfort.

They consistently put the needs of others before their own, sacrificing sleep to ensure everything ran smoothly. Brother Imran would sometimes go one or two days without rest solely to support and care for everyone, likewise Brother Salim made sure that everyone was spiritually present with his amazing story telling about the Prophet ﷺ and also incorporating his own personal experiences for us to learn from. They fostered a warm, welcoming atmosphere and treated us like family — Allahumma barik May Allah reward and bless them for their efforts.

I cannot recommend BMT highly enough. In shā’ Allāh, I will certainly be returning with my family.

All our time was very well organised, and organisers gave us freedom to do any activities and would even help in sorting them out.

An excellent team with outstanding service. Whatever was needed it was delivered even if it inconvenienced the team they made sure to deliver for us making our first umrah exceptionally memorable. Both the team leaders ensured that they got to know us personally and our needs and the events held were exactly the things I wanted to do aside from a few other things - which meant that we came to umrah and filled our time up and did not end up wasting any time. I suggest using bmt whether it’s your first time or one of many as they know how to do umrah well, explore the cities of Makkah and Medina and will ensure every single one of your needs are met in a manner that I have not come across before from teams such as this so it is very refreshing to see a team wholly delivering on what they say they will. Thank you once again for making my journey enjoyable but most of all memorable.

The entire trip was an amazing experience and BMT are my go-to company now for any future Umrah trips. They made the entire process so simple allowing us all to focus on ourselves, ibadah and making the most of the journey. I have just recently had the most amazing umrah trip with British Muslim tours. The entire experience was elevated by their team, from the amazing well planned ziyarahs to the wonderful stories being shared on the coach ride there. The team was very supportive and always on hand to help if needed. They even took their time to help with more mundane things such as gift shopping or finding a specific food place. All in all they made my umrah trip all that more amazing. May الله grant them success and barakah in their company and in the Akhira for the beautiful work they do!

The tour leads and staff are so friendly, accomodating and really great at getting you into the proper Islamic mindset for all activities. Felt like I could relax and focus on my Ibadah whilst having the support for anything else. 10/10 would recommend.

I recently completed my Umrah journey with British Muslim Tours, and I can confidently say it was one of the most spiritually enriching and beautifully organised experiences of my life.

From the very beginning, everything ran smoothly. Departing from London Gatwick, we arrived in Jeddah and were guided seamlessly through to Makkah, where we performed Umrah shortly after arrival. That first moment in Masjid Al Haram was overwhelming in the most beautiful way. The evening walking tours of Masjid Al Haram helped us truly appreciate the history, scale, and sanctity of the Haram, especially after Isha when the atmosphere is indescribable.

The itinerary was perfectly balanced between spiritual focus and educational enrichment. The Makkah city bus tour in the morning gave valuable historical context, while the Umm Al Qura Arabic lesson in the afternoon added depth to our understanding of the Qur’an and its language. One of the most memorable moments was the Jabal Noor night climb and the Revelation Exhibition — standing near the place where revelation began was deeply humbling and emotionally powerful.

Travel to Madinah was equally well organised. Visiting the grave of the Prophet ﷺ was a profoundly moving experience, one that words truly cannot do justice. The Madinah night city tour and Masjid Quba walking tour allowed us to connect even more deeply with Islamic history, while still having ample free time to reflect, pray, and absorb the serenity of the city. Performing Jumu’ah in Madinah was the perfect spiritual peak before our return journey.

What truly elevated this experience was the incredible team. Our Tour Lead, Salim Ahmed, was outstanding — knowledgeable, calm, approachable, and deeply sincere in ensuring every pilgrim felt supported both spiritually and practically. His guidance made a world of difference throughout the journey.

A special thank you also to the Customer Care Lead, Imran Yusuf Haris, whose attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care ensured everything ran effortlessly. Any questions or concerns were handled promptly and with kindness, making the entire experience stress-free.

I returned from this journey feeling enlightened, spiritually recharged, and closer to Allah than ever before. This Umrah wasn’t just a trip — it was a transformative experience that will stay with me for a lifetime.

Excellent, we would have liked more activities involving horse riding camel riding seeing many other things as-well as we had much time in between!

Allahumma barik lahum, Salim and Imran were excellent hosts and tour guides, they kept us well informed about schedules and reassured us about any worries and made us feel safe and cared for every step of the way :) This was our first umrah and we were very impressed at the hospitality and attention to detail from BMT, they made it a very relaxed and spiritual experience despite our nerves. Amazing experience. They really looked after us like family , especially for my son. We were worried he might get bored or tired but the group made sure he had so much fun and was so motivated. The excursions were excellent for the children and adults alike.
