Panel boards exchange.
I ordered some light grey panelling boards and LED lights from this company however the order got mixed up and I was left with dark grey boards and different LED,S in which I did not want.
I emailed the company back with pictures of the problem and they did their best to rectify this order.
The new order come without any problems.
I understand that with the amount of orders this company receives things can go wrong but be reassured that they will do their very best to put things right.
Good company,I will use again and would recommend also.

Panels curve
Only wrote a great review because I was promised an instant £10 refund. The panel boards bend so it’s a struggle trying to put them on the wall. Iv tried adhesive, nails and a drill and the top and bottom of these panels just stick out. Once you receive your order they will text you to write a great review for a £10 instant refund. Iv not heard anything back so they can keep it. Delivery was quick though but the panels curve .
The message “ Leave us a positive review and we will issue you with an instant £10.”
I am yet to receive this refund after leaving a positive review. So I just left an honest review instead
