Everything seems okay so far, we did get the wrong thing delivered at first but when we contacted the company they did come back and change the item for the correct thing.

Horrendous customer experience…
Horrendous customer experience resulting in two failed deliveries( both for reasons beyond my control, deliveries were never loaded or failed for some other reason) and a complete lack of communication to your end customer, it has left me incurring cost and being thoroughly disappointed, the upshot is, either wait for a future delivery that is well past when I was originally expecting it, or ask for a refund. I have no option really but to ask for a refund. That may or may not happen depending on a manager that will not/can not engage in conversation directly.
There has been no discussion on any compensation for incurred cost, unfulfilled orders have caused, let alone the very poor customer experiences, by the way when speaking to your customer handling staff I understand they are doing their best, but customer comms and order fulfillment are well below what is commonly expected. I am going to take any opportunity I get to ensure fair feedback is available.
Regards a very disappointed ex customer.
