Consistently High Quality & Great Service
This is not the first time that we have written a review for BHC, but we have been using them for good reason and are never disappointed by the effect their hampers have on our customers.
The hampers are always very well received, they show off the British artisanal gift foods to a consistently high standard, and their courier partners (DHL) consistently beat estimated delivery times to our clients in the USA, often within 48 hours - which is exceptional.
Their website is very clear as to what their products consist of; I have had the good fortune to test many of their products myself and can vouch for what I have tasted; and they always arrive in very good order at their destination with very regular updates from DHL for delivery progress.
Thank you again - your services and consistency have been hard to beat.

Lovely items, great service
I ordered a hamper of carefully chosen items for my mother, the presentation was lovely and the items very nice (they didn't last long!). There was a mix up with one of the items but BHC corrected that as soon as they heard from me and added some lovely bonuses. I would use them again!

A gift for my son in Australia
My son lives in Australia and you're very restricted on what you can send, plus postage seems to cost more than the gift. I therefore decided to send him a hamper for his birthday. His partner is coeliac and this company provides a gluten free hamper. I was able to choose the day I wanted it to arrive, and it actually arrived a day early. My son was thrilled with it, as was his partner. For me it was hassle free, no worrying about it disappearing in the mail system, no worrying about custom charges. I will definitely recommend to others

Hamper sent overseas, great service
I needed a hamper to be sent as a work leaving gift from the UK to Greece, the British Hamper Company was able to offer this where others couldn't. We completely understand your frustration that the gift has not arrived in time. At present, the parcel is being held with customs, which is unfortunately outside of our control, but we appreciate how upsetting this delay is when the timing of a celebration is so important. Please be assured we have already contacted you by email and are actively monitoring the situation to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
We truly regret that the hamper did not arrive for the big day as planned. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

My birthday gift from my son in England arrived…
My gift from my son in England arrived 2 days earlier than my birthday in Portugal which was a delight. What fabulous box design and great British products that I miss so much. All of the foods were of such an excellent quality they didn't last long. I totally support artisan British foods, farmers, grocers etc and such an environmental friendly sustainable company as I was able to recycle nearly all packaging except I refilled the biscuit tin and used the box to store documents. Well done to this excellent company.

Fantastic service!
My first time of using this company and I was so impressed! Wanted to send a gift to my son and his wife for their wedding anniversary. They live in New York so I'm always looking at different gift options. I chose the hamper and in less than a week it was delivered and this was despite the heavy snow they had in New York! They were overwhelmed with the gift and said the items were great quality - the biscuits and fudge being the highlights!
