The guys who came were very polite, friendly and professional and came earlier than expected. They did a brilliant job pigeon proofing our solar panels. They sprayed and cleaned them with the much needed biocide, cleaned out my gutter of all the pigeon poop, there was sooo much and even siliconed one of the kitchen roof tiles for me. They went above and beyond. The solar panels look great and no more pigeons under there, we counted 18 at one point. The pigeons did come back after they’d gone but could not gain access, so hurrar! They’ll probably give up eventually and disappear over the next couple of days. Overall, we are very pleased with the communication throughout, the product and the service we received, we cannot recommend this company highly enough. A* people!!

Great service from British bird control. Communication fantastic. I had 41 pigeons under my solar panels more than double than I thought I had. I still had about 10 pigeons lingering a month later and then I seen a live pigeon under the panels. I emailed British Bird control and they were out in less than a week. The other pigeons had been feeding the one stuck.

From first enquiry to the works being carried out was a great experience.
When the quote was given we first had a long explanation of what was happening, why and how. Which made us feel like we could understand the process fully.

The quote came in second highest of 4 quotes, which normally would have been a determining factor for me, however I felt that due to the interactions I had, the explanation and the reassurance given, this was worth the money. The other 3 companies essentially just sent us a quote for the money and that was about it, no care about the customer relationship at all.

The lads that came where so courteous and professional. They explained everything so well to my husband, including the probable pigeon behavior after the protections are up.
Which I thought was really considerate, when their behaviors did mimic what we were told I was so glad they did as otherwise I would have felt a little stressed.

They also had our regular delivery driver come to talk to them about what they were doing and how and they explained everything to him until he had to run off, they then left us a leaflet which we will pass on to him when he next comes by.

The nets look really good and I am so grateful for all the assistance we were given!

I have no hesitation in recommending this company for bird proofing around solar panels. If I had known how effortless the process was to be, I would have got the job done much sooner. The installation was done professionally and to a high standard. This was backed up by the company's excellent communication and admin processes which gave me confidence that a good cost effective job would be done.

They have got the essence of a very successful business because they ! communicate effectively, carry out the work efficiently at a reasonable cost (I was quoted much more due to the others wanting scaffolding erected), they are all very pleasant to deal with and follow up where necessary. This is a very professional and efficient company. The initial contact, review of the job, quotation, updates to the work schedule were all handled efficiently and the job was completed within the timeframe expected. The two guys who did the work were fast, worked safely and left the place tidy. I am fortunate that the pigeons were only roosting. The one nest that they removed was empty and dry. I'm looking forward to a pigeon and bird mite free life from now on.

The crew did a fantastic job. They explained everything, worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up any bits of steel the found on the driveway before leaving.

Due to pigeon nest and lots of mess that was filling the gutters up every few months, I contracted British bird control to install wire mesh around my solar panels a year or so ago. The pigeons however still liked to hang out in a sheltered part of my roof next to the panels. I contacted the company and arranged for them to come back and install spikes in that area, at a discount as a previous customer. In both instances, communication was good (patient explanation in response to my questions) and the guys who came to do the work were friendly, informative, and did a great job tidying up afterwards. For the spikes, they worked out the best way to arrange them on the roof, which meant they used less than anticipated and I was sent a refund. No pigeons on my roof since.

A quick response to their website contact form and the following exchange very simple on my part and professional on theirs. The delivery and installation of the pigeon proofing by their two-man team was also professional, efficient and approachable. They also cleared the gutter and disinfected the underside of the panels.

I asked British Bird Control for a quote when I’d exhausted all other options some were too expensive and others said they couldn’t get access to my roof to do the work.

The quote I received was reasonably price and competitive but the information and customer service I received was what made me go with BBC.

Once I had paid my deposit I received great communication about the next stages and when I could expect a scheduled date and time to do the work.

Due to the weather this had to change but the communication was great in letting me know this and when they would be back in touch.

Within a few weeks I had my solar panels bird proofed and after 18mths of pigeon noise and mess they were gone. They still sat on top of the panels for a few weeks but after that they have moved on.

On the day the work was done within an hour, a very clean and tidy job.

Very impressed with this company they offer a service not many seem to and do a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend.

I had my solar panels pigeon proofed in September 23. I meant to leave a review. For the first 3 months the pigeons returned but after that they have completely disappeared. The job was done very efficiently with no issues. I am so pleased with the results. I was at my wits end!

This company has pigeon-proofed my solar panels and how good a job that was remains to be seen. However they managed to break the connector on my garden tap leaving the broken piece stuck inside the brass hose end piece. No big problem but they decided not to mention the incident which I thought very poor behaviour. I manged to extracate the piece and buy a new one for £8 but my efforts to tell them about this are simply ignored.

Company were very competitive on price, helpful and fitted it with us regarding an installation date. Nothing was too much effort, fitting team were punctual, very efficient and polite.
Whole experience was like “ good, old fashioned, customer service”.
Highly recommended.

Excellent service but the two lads managed to break my garden hose connection and failed to tell me. Tried to complain to the company but unable to make contact yet. To cap all this Trustpilot rejected my review for no good reason.

Could not fault the service provided by British Bird Control from first enquiry to work being completed to pigeon proof our solar panels . We were kept informed about when the work would be completed depending on the weather. Special thanks to Gary and Mason who carried out the work Arrived on time carried out the work with little noise and no mess and were done in no time

Due to the nature of where our solar panels are, we had to wait for suitable weather to minimize risk to the installers.

December's weather was miserable, so we did have to wait until it co-operated. But throughout that waiting time the admin staff were in constant communication which made us feel as though we were a priority for installation when the weather finally turned in our favour.

When the weather finally did change for the drier, the installers came the first possible day, and were quick and efficient with the installation.

We couldn't be happier with the service provided. Thank you very much to all the staff at British Bird Control.
