The service from start to finish was nothing short of exceptional. When I enquired about the item, I spoke to a lady on the phone (Amy), and she couldn’t have been more helpful.
I received extra photos and a video showing exactly what I was going to purchase.
My experience of local high street jewellers has, to date, been far from an enjoyable experience so this made a refreshing change.
Delivery to my from door was less than 24 hours after placing the order.
