Amazing service from this team. Arrived within the time they said they would, removed a radiator and replaced two others. They were efficient, answered all my central heating questions and their energy was a pleasure to actually be around - which cannot be said for most tradesmen!

The BRIS team are incredibly hard working, always arrived on time. They were very mindful of the vulnerable people in my house and did an amazing job installing my new Vaillant boiler! Mike and Aaron did a full power flush and installed the Vaillant Exclusive Green IQ. Mike explained everything to me every step of the way. I had issues with a non working radiator and they stayed longer to help fix this issue too. Definitely recommend to everyone and I will also be using again for my plumbing needs. I would also like to mention how friendly, dedicated and efficient this team are.

Michael came to help on the same day to fix the water pressure and went above and beyond to ensure everything was working fine. Highly recommended great service.

I cannot recommend BRIS enough!
Michael came to do a simple plate heat exchanger (PHE) swap on Saturday morning.
It transpired that the PHE was not the issue and Michael then spent most of Saturday trying to establish the issue, stripping all of the boiler parts and carrying out a full diagnostic.
When my boiler took a turn for the worst on Sunday Michael came out to me and spent more time on a Sunday seeing what could be done short term but to no avail as all indications were that it was the main heat exchanger block not allowing water to circulate.
As this is a really expensive item Michael advised me to not purchase the heat exchanger block through him and he would call Worcester Bosch on my behalf on the Monday to try and negotiate a service/warranty call. Lo and behold he did it and arranged a service call with them for the next day even though I didn’t know if my boiler was under warranty! I now have a brand-new heat exchanger block at no cost to me and my heating and hot water is like it was when first installed. Michael is a true honest professional, is conscientious and takes his work and his customer service really serious. You won't go wrong with BRIS!

Called this company when our boiler started to play up. They responded quickly and by the end of the day the fault was fixed, the whole system checked over and we were pleasantly surprised it hadn't cost us a fortune. Every thing was left clean and tidy. Would definately use again.

Mike at BRIS installed my boiler several years ago and has serviced it ever since. He always works carefully and efficiently, keeps good time, and does an excellent job. He is polite and friendly and I highly recommend him.
