The billing practices of Brightside are not in compliance with state laws of Minnesota. They went ahead and charged for copays I do not have with my insurance. I have no deductible and I already met my OOP max for the year. They have my insurance information but chose to charge me instead of sending any claims over to my insurance provider. They kept referencing my EOB to get answers but you only get sent an EOB if the provider had sent over the claim! Which they have not.

Brightside has helped me through a difficult time. I truly appreciate how simple it was to sign up and find a provider that I mattered to. Will recommend in the future.

System is easy to navigate and connect with provider. Provider is knowledgeable, my treatment has been effective.

They canceled two of my appointments, one the day of, and would not allow me to be reimbursed for the missed sessions (due to their absence). No refund, no session credit, they essentially said too bad so sad. Then it took 12 days for customer service to even reply to me when I ask for an explanation and a cancellation of my membership. Please beware. If they truly cared about mental health, they would have better customer support and policies.

Don't take time to talk to me. Acts like he has no interest in listening to me. Always in a hurry. Looking for another therapist.

This is an extremely shady company. After my provider missed my first 2 appointments, I was billed a $165 no show fee and my psychiatry account was canceled without any communication from customer support.

My psychiatrist is very straightforward and honest with me. She is very attentive and understanding.

Poor information provided, different information provided depending on who you speak to. Multiple phone calls to get my 2 minute useless meeting it was 4 minutes but 2 minutes on hold. I would never recommend this service to anyone and plan to leave negative feedback wherever I can. You can keep my $19.90 . Thank you for nothing.

Knowing that I have a provider that I can afford and the ability to be confident that I won't lose access to my medications again for only $95 a month is well worth it. My provider is great, and I'm happy with the price.

I don’t feel heard when I speak to my psychiatrist

Deahdra is laid back, down to earth, non-judgemental, understanding, listens and HEARS me very well and makes me feel very comfortable talking to her even about the tough things.

I've been delaying getting help for my anxiety and panic issues for years. I finally decided to try an online service, and am so glad I picked Brightside! I absolutely LOVE my psychiatrist and my therapist, and I am SO much better now!!!
