First unlike my first ever telehealth service provider, they just assigned me with someone, not asking if I had a preference.To my point, this lady decided she was was going to try and profile me , kept asking about drugs, if I hear voices, and …said most people that contemplated suicided where on drugs . Not one time has that been the case with me, I even told her I believe drugs would be reason to live for addicts , like I have never looked up statistics . Just overall weird and uncomfortable. I suffer from ptsd and like my old therapist she tried to get to know me and my past and let me talk. I rather pay, this was fully covered…Then says I need group therapy and signs me up with psychiatrist which cost and I can’t at the moment. All I need you to do is be a therapist, no one was talking about imaginary people or anything weird, going back to the black lady I had.

This is a NO for me. I asked for the pricing per visit and I got no answers. I asked every appointment and got no answer until I received a bill for 400$ a month later. If I would’ve known each visit was 100$ each, I would’ve went somewhere else

They truly listen to you and what you’re going through.

I think the meditative sections are great at helping me focus on my feelings and consequent thoughts and behaviours. I think I'm becoming a little more awars of the ARC in my daily like and noticing it being helpful.

The treatment worked, after suffering for such a long time. I really enjoy working with Oscar.

The service is ok. But it is not great. It doesn’t have good clinicians and too expensive. Just care about money. Will be changing providers soon.

Tried canceling many times and was charged for appointments I never made nor attended.. buyer beware!

The app is very easy to navigate, and my counselor is wonderful. The things that detract from the score are the difficulties in clarifying that insurance is supposed to fully cover my appointments. We were able to handle my first few appointments, but I just received another invoice stating I have a co-pay, so I believe I will have to call your billing department. again. The only other issue I have is the ability to make more than one appointment at a time. Even just being able to make two appointments would improve the process for me. I do, however, understand the logic behind it not being available.

Easy to schedule an appointment and be seen right away. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The regular checkins provided by the app keep my provider up to date on my progress and also help make sure I’m moving forward in a positive direction. A huge plus is that Brightside accepts my lousy insurance. Brightside is really helping me get through a tough time. I highly recommend giving them a try. No stigma. No judgement. Don’t suffer needlessly.

Easy to navigate, cut down on frustration and confusion.
My doctor seems to have valuable information and insight to my issues. He is readily available through messaging and I can set appointments easily and the wait time frame of booking appointment is acceptable.

I absolutely love the idea but it's truly unaffordable. $265 is extremely high for a 30 minute visit where the Dr did Not seem to give a shit at all about me as a person.. it felt like I was just a number and no one can afford a damn near 300 dollar televisit that are actually free for me through my husband insurance. You guys really need to figure out how to make it more affordable and not try making a killing off of people.

They were able to get me in with a psychiatrist & therapist immediately . My psychiatrist is wonderful & prescribed my medication immediately
