I use the HR & Compliance Compliance Centre to keep ahead of the Employment Rights Act changes that are being rolled out. The platform helps my team understand the impact of changes and plan accordingly. We trust it to keep us compliant.

If I could give Brightmine a zero score I would
Our HR Director subscribed to XpertHR then acquired by Brightmine for several years. Our HR Director retired in September 2023 and in January 2024, her subscription to the now Brightmine portal was cancelled.
I still received an invoice in September for the renewal and replied to LexisNexis and our account manager reminding them that the subscription had been cancelled and we would not be paying the renewal invoice.
Today, a month later, I receive yet another reminder from their accounting department that the invoice is outstanding and I needed to contact them urgently today!!
It is impossible to speak to anyone and the Brightmine account manager just ignores any emails I send.
Zero customer service skills and I personally have never been so disgusted by a company.

I would give Brightmine a minus score if possible.
I have been part of XpertHR then acquired by Brightmine since the 2000's.
Recently Brightmine took an overpayment of just under 1k, which they openly admitted was their error.
To date (2 weeks plus), I have not received a refund and my account manager is completely ignoring me as is their accounts team. I have tried calling multiple times to be promised a response the same day, yet each time no one bothers to respond.
It is impossible to speak to anyone or get any help, they are an utter disgrace.
Zero customer service skills and I personally have never been so disgusted by a company.
