Excellent informative conversation and navigation around the Bright HR application from Aaron (Maher).

Had a Teams call with Rebecca McNab to take me through the platform. Rebecca dealt with all my queries very patiently and courteously and showed me features and settings of the software that were of particular interest. Great communication and reassurance regarding future support.

comprehensive onboarding

Aaron Maher was at my support today. His support was informative and supportive. He answered all my questions and explain in details how the app work and all the 24/7 support I have and how to access it. I found it one of the most comprehensive onboarding I have compared to other companies. I really recommend BrightHR to everyone.

Step by step guidance, today I had a teams meeting to go through the workings of the Bright HR platform and Blip app. I shared my screen with Aaron and he guided me through everything. I did all the navigation around the site so I felt in control of the speed at which he explained everything. Thanks to Aaron Maher 'Good Start' much appreciated.

Our experience was very insightful and helpful as my dad isn’t great with a pc and navigating systems , Rebecca was very clear in explaining topics and showing us how to navigate the system , Rebecca was very helpful ,patient and answered any questions that we had , thank you ❤️

I had a fantastic introduction session to the BrightHR app with Mr. Aaron Maher during a Teams call. He was incredibly friendly and answered all my questions with great detail and clarity. Thanks to his patience, I felt comfortable asking about every aspect of the app and gaining insights into the HR world, which is new to me. It’s reassuring to know I can reach out to such a knowledgeable and approachable contact if I encounter any issues with the app.

Excellent software. Just had my full onboarding training with Rebecca Mcnab, she was excellent at taking me through the system and giving extra detail on areas I had concerns with.

Did a training course for the BrightHR system with Rebecca and it was very helpful and informing of everything I needed to get started and what the system includes. Rebecca was very helpful and answered any questions I asked and gave me a great example on how to use it.
