There seems to be no answer when requesting a replacement for a faulty night light...I have now written to them 3 times and have still not received a reply. Very odd customer service, unfortunately.

A Special gift for granddaughters
This is the second Brighter Made night light I've ordered for my granddaughters. I love the soft light and that I can individualize each one. My son and his wife think they are a special gift.

Beautiful and useful gift.
I have bought 4 if these lights in the last year as gifts for my granddaughters and great nieces. Each one has a different patern and all are perfect!, They arrive promptly & well packaged and as well as being decorative they very useful when up.in the night feeding. They are on my must buy for new babies list!!

Terrible courier service
The company has been great, ordered easy, turn around time fine but they need to select a new courier service! Beautiful bespoke lights and my package containing two of these was launched over my bolted back gate. It was meters away from the gate. I am now left with two lights that I can’t gift as the boxes are damaged and I am expecting the lights not to work. I have been looking forward to receiving them. Please change delivery service as they are damaging your beautiful products.
