There seems to be no answer when requesting a replacement for a faulty night light...I have now written to them 3 times and have still not received a reply. Very odd customer service, unfortunately.

Badly packaged
I was very disappointed with how these were packaged, I ordered 3 and they came wrapped in bubble wrap so the boxes were all dinted which isn't great when they are all gifts, I also thought for the price they could have suppled a plug, I now need to purchase 3 plugs!
