We are new real estate investors and BridgeWell Capital helped finance our first rehab property. The professionalism, communication, follow thru and commitment to making the loan process go smoothly was phenomenal by far!! Everyone we worked with thru the process was very patient and diligent in answering our questions and ensured we were totally comfortable til we closed on the property. We will definitely use BridgeWell Capital again for our lending needs!!

I read online reviews and sometimes wonder if they are real. I am a real customer and just closed with BridgeWell. I had an initially hard to place loan, but BridgeWell did not dismiss me. They took their time, listened and worked it out. I got a great rate and I am very pleased ! Thank you John and BridgeWell Capital !

I can't say enough about the level of customer service from the BWC team. I choose to work with them because they give me an "Easy Button." They work effortless so that I don't have to and they take time to make sure I have a good understanding about each aspect of the deal. Everything is handled in a timely manner and communication is top notch throughout the entire process. BWC has been flexible when I've worked with sellers who have been difficult. Erich, Tiffany, Sarah, and Amber are all amazing to work with and I would highly recommend BWC for your real estate investment projects.

I have been a real estate investor since 2003. I was referred to BridgeWell by a fellow investor. I worked with John O'Leary and Sarah. BridgeWell delivered on everything they promised. The rates and terms are very favorable for investors. As long as you submit requested information promptly you can close pretty quick. I will be reaching out to BridgeWell again for the next deal.

Being closer to a 'newbie' than not in this process, it has been refreshing to deal with friendly and professional individuals such as Erich, Sue, Alicia, and Joshua during my several transactions thus far. A special shout out to Erich whom has stepped me through the answers to many of my questions. My only desired recommendation would be for another renovation draw/disbursement within a month (i.e. 3 versus 2), but this would not be related to the great experiences I have had with the aforementioned associates.

Brad and Tiffany were very helpful and walked us through the entire process of the loan. We were first timers and couldn't get a regular loan, so they helped us out tremendously! We will definitely do business with Bridgewell again in the future!
