You rarely find companies which deals with investors only to provide exceptional customer service. BridgeWell Capital offers various investor based loan products not offered by many other companies. Then the service provided is over and beyond. A company like this with rare investor products does not even have to provide the type of customer service which they do. This is a very well organized company which has a great process and ensures their clients close on time with a great product. I rarely write reviews and being in the industry over 15 years, I have not seen a company like BridgeWell Capital. I will continue to refer them to my investor clients.

I just closed my first loan with Bridgewell and was very happy with them. They move quickly and take care of business. I've used a few different rehab lenders in the past and they also have a little lower fees to start off.
