Amazing 🤩 nice and positive agents

We’ve had a truly terrible experience with Bridges, to the point we decided to remove our property from the market as we did not want to move forward working with them.
Every concern or complaint that I raised was turned back on myself - they were more than happy to explicitly tell me that everything I was not happy about was my own fault. They refuse to take any responsibility for their mistakes, or for not actually doing their job.
They made multiple mistakes with the listing details (floor plan wrong multiple times, property type wrong, not anonymising photographs before posting online) that we had to point out to them to be corrected. Their argument is that they corrected things as soon as we pointed them out, therefore it’s not a problem…
Bridges made absolutely no effort to resolve any of the issues that we had. Even worse they tried to gaslight and talk down to me in my own home after they invited themselves in.
They also refused to release us from our contract as they “do not believe” they have done anything wrong. This is just a petty way to try to get back at us because they’re not selling the property either way. Now they’re just blocking us from selling with someone else.
Since having this experience we have spoken to many friends and family and were surprised that many of them also had negative interactions.
AVOID!!!!!

We recently sold a property through Bridges of Hook, Hampshire. Although their fees were higher than some other agents, we chose them because they were enthusiastic and seemed to be on the ball. This proved to be the case as the property went under offer soon after listing. Our main contact was with the manager, Rob, who went above and beyond in keeping us informed of progress, visiting the property when we were unable to do so etc. Would happily recommend

Steve was extremely personable, supportive and understanding of the set of needs we faced in both selling one property and purchasing another. Although, found a new home through another estate agent Bridges was proactive to find me one. Particularly big shout out to the Ash branch (Alice). Fast response and knowledgeable about the area and processes involved.

We would like to thank Jasmine and the team at Bridges Estate Agents Farnborough for all their help and hard work in selling our property and getting our desired property in North Wales. We started in January and finished in July. The journey made easier by Jasmine's input, along with the rest of the team.

Our contact at Bridges was Matt Parsons, who dealt with us in a very professional manner, prior, during and after our viewing of our 18th viewing (not all with Bridges). Matt was very empathetic to our situation, having not been successful in a volume number of viewings prior. He responded effectively and efficiently to all our questions and queries, and gave us great support after. He's a very well mannered conscientious individual, and as I have said, professional at all times. We wish him continued success, in his chosen occupation, he is a credit to his profession, thank you Matt from all of us.

Melanie at Bridges has been brilliant throughout our house purchase, along with Libby and Matt. Between them, emails and queries get answered instantly, nothing sits waiting around.

When issues came up with the sale they flagged them straight away and pushed to get things addressed.

They are genuine problem solvers who clearly care about getting the right outcome for you, not just closing the deal. Can't recommend this team highly enough

Thanks to Hayley, Petra and the team at Bridges for helping us with our house move. Hayley was exceptional throughout the entire process. Her communication was always clear, prompt, and helpful, and she kept us updated at every stage. Hayley was highly efficient and proactive, making everything run smoothly and taking the stress out of what can often be a complicated process.

Her excellent service and attention to detail really stood out, and she was always willing to help with any questions or queries.

Our experience with Bridges Ash Vale - Dan, Ben & Alice were very helpful throughout the whole process from the initial appointment, to viewings and to the final offer. An initial offer which was accepted fell through, but the team worked to get more viewings through the door and subsequently secured us another buyer. Service was very good, we were kept in the loop with the condition of the market etc, and always given advice on the best solutions to securing the sale, especially from Dan! Thank you very much.

Dan heads up a super team at Ash Vale and was very proactive and consistent with his advice . I was so pleased that we chose Bridges and particularly Dan to guide us through the sale process and where necessary to recommend other relevant professionals along the way. My husband made contact with Ben at Bridges in Ash vale and Ben suggested to view a house after my husband explained what we were looking for.
We fell in love with the house and put an offer in that day, it was excepted and we complete this week! Bridges have been very helpful and supportive, we used bridges in Ash vale many years ago too and have always found this branch to be professional.

Hayley the sales progressor was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond when trying to get our sale completed, and kept me informed (even if the news wasn't what I wanted to hear) every step of the way. James and Galiye at Frimley branch were really helpful and proactive. In the last 5 months we have sold 2 houses and bought one through Bridges, and I'd be happy to recommend them

I cannot rate Hayley enough, she’s been an absolute godsend throughout the whole experience. Always happy and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, always dealt with any worries immediately. She’s an all round lovely lady. We have used bridges before and would definitely use them again

I have now used Bridges at Ash Vale on the last 3 occasions that I have moved, in 1994, 2013 and 2026. In my experience, they are best Estate Agents in the local area.
On the most recent occasion, Bridges sold my property on the very first day that it was put on the housing market.
My agent, Shaun Sims, is very professional, he has been
helpful and is easy to get on with.
If I ever decided to move again in the future, I would not hesitate to use Bridges again.
