It is a pleasure to work with Brickflow! The application can be used at ease and it is built to save you time when looking for development funding. It is also fantastic to see quick search results from top development lenders. I am amazed by the excellent support that my team and I receive from Brickflow as we are always given quick updates and great advice. Very pleased with the service and support!

I hope leaving this review will help others before potentially making a costly business decision! We thank our lucky stars we have come across Brickflow. Previously we had been quoted - very confidently may I add, development finance which would have tied up all of our available equity and then some to get a project financed and told it was 'the best we'd get'
HOWEVER using Brickflow has made it extremely clear to us that we can borrow a lot more, using less capital up front meaning we have to option to do 2 projects simultaneously. Very relieved and wouldn't go elsewhere now.

The service I received was a great surprise- a person behind the automation! With knowledge and skill to feedback valuable insight on the deal presented! Will definitely use this service again!
