We have been customers of Fox Davidson for many years now and every time they have found us a Mortgage deal that best suits our requirements. We have just finished another remortgage and again they have patiently sourced and then assisted us with setting up a new mortgage agreement. The Fox Davidson team are all genuinely friendly, knowledgeable and patient and really know their business. We continue to recommend them to friends and family and anyone looking for a Mortgage Broker you can rely on.

If you need a mortgage broker, you need Oliver Fare at Fox Davidson! I can’t recommend him highly enough, he goes beyond the norm and thinks outside the box to help clients find solutions throughout all stages of the process. As my conveyancer said ‘this broker clearly has a lot of influence’! And he’s thoroughly nice too!

First of all Wesley is my all time favourite person right now! After a failed attempt at remortgage with a Building Society through another broker I came to Fox Davidson, worried that my title deed needed splitting before I could remortgage. Wesley was unflustered and found a bank that was great to deal with. He also stepped in at the end to expedite things when the conveyancers were frankly being useless. And on that note if you are offered free legals on a mortgage, pay the extra. Their contract is with you in that case and you will have less stress, believe me. I have completed the remortgage today and will be in touch with Fox Davidson again soon.

I have just finished using Fox Davidson for my 3rd mortgage and have always found them to be professional, easy and very swift. They reduced the burden on me massively and were always available for questions on the house buying process. Worth every penny!

Fox Davidson helped me renew my mortgage. I found them to be extremely knowledgeable about the market and products on offer. I also found them very quick to respond to any of my questions and queries. By using them saved me money on my monthly payments, would highly recommend.

This is the third time I have used Fox-Davidson, and will continue using them when the need next arises. Fantastic at communication, and always answer the phone and quick to respond/act to queries/requests. Got the mortgage on my flat with Fox Davidson. Said I was looking to switch it to a buy to let in the future so wanted a flexible mortgage.

I was recommended a platform mortgage and told I could switch it to a buy to let by just phoning my mortgage company and asking them if I could switch nearer the time.

Turns out there was a clause that said I could only do this after a year.

The only alternatives I had were to break the mortgage which would be 5,000 pounds worth of fees or to 'port' the mortgage.

This would mean I would have multiple mortgages on the same property, that would end at different times and be tied in to their rates. or move to a standard variable rate, which would mean a significant amount of extra interest.

Fox Davidson said on the phone they wouldn't have recommended platform, and would have suggested one known for being more flexible as the original adviser had left the company.

However their reply to my review says it's standard practise and I'm too stupid to understand the mortgage mess I'm now saddled with.

The real kicker is that they then tried to charge me an additional 490 pounds brokerage fee to get out of this mess.

I made a phone enquiry and was told a broker would ring me back but no one did. For a do called leader I'm not impressed
