Serive and staff

We were having a 40th birthday and my cooler stopped working while testing. Rang the guys in The Brew Crew and they had me fully sorted with one of their great rental options ready for collection in a couple of hours. All info on the setup is given for anyone who hasn't used bar equipment before, easy step by step 5 stars ✨️ are not enough for these guys .

Efficient collection

Even though I’d scheduled collection for Saturday, the team had no problem with me arriving unannounced on Friday. Fast and efficient pick up. I was there and gone within 3 minutes!

Excellent

Really excellent customer service. The team couldn't do enough for me to make sure I had a great experience. The equipment and keg itself were perfect and exactly what I needed. Will definitely use again

Best Beer Company

I can not rate this business highly enough. From my constant query phone calls and emails to the actual day of the install.
Everything I needed to know was easily explained. The team are so helpful, friendly and professional. The team arrived earlier than scheduled on the day of install and could not have been more professional and informative. The aftercare phone calls again were met with such enthusiasm to help and assist.

Absolutely Fantastic service

Fantastic service. I wasn't sure if I had ordered correctly and put a note on the order. Got a lovely call the next day to check and confirm everything. The guy who delivered and set it all up was SO SO nice, explained and checked everything thoroughly. Honestly the friendliest and most helpful people to deal with.
