As this was a present for my son, who is both a coffee connaiseur and loves hiking. We wanted surprise him to have amazing quality coffee to start his hiking day.
He couldn't wait, so started his advent calendar before he is going on is adventure. He loved it! Thanks for the speedy delivery.

Superb communications, friendly staff, lightning-fast delivery, product perfect.

Ordering was a breeze, shipping was quick to Canada. Updates were awesome. Got multiple updates about the product coming through customs. So far the beans in the calendar have been great. We are at day 4 now and looking forward to the rest of the 20.

Online ordering was simple and easy to navigate. My order was shipped promptly even with Black Friday ordering. I could track my package to see how far away it was and picking up at UPS helped with no parcel at the door(so no porch robbers.)
The coffee has been wonderful, so many flavours and richness. The instructions were easy to follow and we were enjoying a hot mug in no time. I can't wait to see the origin country for tomorrows brew.

I have given coffee Advent calendars to friends and family over the last few years and they never disappoint! Everyone loves all the coffee flavors and the excitement of a new coffee every day. The two cup packets Are a surprise to them all and they love it! I wish someone would give me one!!

I had an issue with my calendar being returned from courier for no reason and brew company took care of it right away and had it express delivered in time.

This is my 3rd time ordering The Brew Company advent calendar and it never disappoints! The coffee is always delicious and is one of the only coffee advent calendars that gives you 2 coffees a day!
Highly recommend, and will be repurchasing again next year. 💞

The products arrived very well packaged and in good time. They are advent calendar gifts so I don’t have feedback on the variety of coffee yet.

I absolutely love this advent calendar from The Brew Company! Every year I try to find a fun advent calendar, and this year, this one just spoke to me. It's only day one and my day was immediately made knowing I had a fresh cup of coffee ready to be brewed to start my day! 10/10

I wasn’t home to receive the package however they delivered it to a safe place and the product was wonderful! My loved one thoroughly enjoyed the fun of an advent calendar that wasn’t simply chocolate

Keep trying to get through to this Company but you dont get a response.

I only got one parcel, but I was charged for 2. Says x2 on the box which is impossible for the size of box the 1 arrived in

I just want a refund for the missing one.

I see this company on Insta all the time and I decided to just go with it but I think they are maybe a little over run with Orders.

The 2nd item was meant for a christmas present but if the 1st one hadn't arrived for the birthday party I would of had to get another gift from somewhere 😩

I have ordered advent calendars and other products for many years from this company with no issues . The product itself is faultless. The problem arises with delivery to UK. Brew Company use UPS - not the most reliable couriers. For some reason Brew Company despatched my two 2025 advent calendars to a convenience store a couple of miles from my home which no longer accepts UPS deliveries. I did not request this. I wasted so much time tracking down my parcel. UPS are very difficult to communicate with. UPS were in process of returning product back to Denmark due to being undeliverable. Fortunately the package had been routed via a warehouse here in my hometown. I visited the warehouse and requested they intercept the returning package and ring me when it arrived back there. Fortunately a helpful gentleman did This for me and I eventually managed to collect my delivery. However this should not have happened. I asked for home delivery not delivery to a drop off. Please reconsider your choice of UK courier company to a more reliable company and only send parcels to requested address not some random collection point

I have been ordering Christmas coffee advent calendars for a few years now. Tried ordering again now for two of them and it states free delivery yet when you go to checkout they want to charge £10 delivery. Contacted them asking how I unlock the free postage as detailed on their website but four emails ignored. Not professional at all. Seems customer satisfaction is not valued by this company. Disappointed as I have never had a problem before. Sort it out brew company.

Terrible service. Ordered and after a long 3 week wait package was tampered with and empty. Advised Brewy via email a long time to respond. Have not taken responsibility and said I can order again with 20% discount. This issue now going 2 months takes a week to get an email response. No trust here! Tried to find number to contact. None found. Still waiting for email response. Just want refund now. Horrible experience and Brewy don’t care!!!!
